The mix comes from the fresh talent of the Moscow’s rave scene - Vouie Lega. The man has co founded together with his friends a community called Club Kids where they throw parties in various event spaces of the capital, often under the name Frequencies. Vouie Lega is a versatile DJ and has vast knowledge raging from deep house classics from USA to analog hardware techno shows. The musician is also very much interested in the complex practices of sound design for theatre&film and it’s practitioners including Todd Sines, Christian Vogel, Ibrahim Alfa Jnr, just to name a few, which certainly brings that ‘engineering of quality’ to his music. He has immersed himself into the art of music production and now is frequently playing live, it was a pleasure to see him going with proper full on techno consisting only of his material so it is definitely right to pay close attention to the sound output of this artist now and in the future.

Hypnohouse returns, with a vivid compilation of tracks by Ukrainian musicians! Despite the full-scale war with Russia we are, finally, delighted to showcase some tunes that were intended for the begining of the year.

Our 4th release displays talents from various Ukrainian backgrounds. Starting off with Yaroslav M, a.k.a AC130 (@a_c130) - a regular suspect in Hypnohouse related things.

Followed by our friend from Odessa, Victor.B a.k.a Vybukhivka (@v1ctor_b), known for his bombastic style and sound.

Swirling not far behind, is Hopper F. (@hopperf) another friend and counterpart from Kyiv's Criminal Practice crew (@criminal_practice).

And last but no least, DJ 69 (@dj69dj69dj) himself -  debuting under the alter ego of Count Orlok, a production moniker that works in tandem with AC130.

After the great success of Fanaya Part 1 being played and supported by Sebastien Leger, Hernan Cattaneo, Megablast, Rodriguez Jr, David Mayer, + many more, we decide to make more remixes of this wonderful tune.

For this reason this unique vocal track had to be remixed by Robbie´s favorites producers: Zakir and Fulltone delivering this fire remix package of magical sounds and emotional elements.

Fulltone remix appears as more dark emotional affair featuring space synth sounds always with beautiful music influence as always Fulltone does. We love his music, always quality deep edge vibes.

Zakir remix blown us aways the first time we listen, it has a powerful groove with stunning percussion, acidic bassline, trippy melodic arpeggios and vocal glitches that create a funny jammin story between the vocal and the groove. All around a great interpretation very different form the original.

The emotionally stirring sound of Mathame is back on Afterlife.

Their signature, processed vocals shine on the infectious and entrancing ‘For Every Forever’. It’s a sound they have developed over their releases for Afterlife and is now truly their own. A Dub Mix of the title track offers a slightly more pared down alternative. ‘Stairway 3000’ completes the record, an eyes-down roller with a bassline to shake any room to its core.
