Husky is a talented musician and artist based in Brighton. He’s got an incredible sense of aesthetic, and paints a wonderful universe with his music and graphics. The track ‘Upfront’ featured in our EP is a homage to a more classic UKG sound, but is littered with his own dystopian flair that he brings to all his productions.

Profits made from this EP will be donated to Manchester Women’s Aid, a charity that provides emergency temporary housing for single women and women with children who are freeing themselves from domestic violence and abuse.

Gimme A Break Records return with their first release of 2022 courtesy of Los Angeles-based producer and DJ, Introspekt. Through residencies on Threads and Balamii Radio, as well as a guest appearance on Lobster Theremin’s Rinse show, Introspekt has explored and developed her deep-seated passion for underground UK Garage, Dubstep, Grime and Jungle. Having recently contributed to Juke Bounce Werk’s “JBDUBZ09” and Sticky Tapes Sample Pack Vol. 1, Introspekt gained her first physical release through a stunning remix featured on Eliza Rose’s “Plant Lovers EP”. Her debut EP “I Know U Want Me” affirms Introspekt’s inventively nostalgic production style with four club-ready tracks spanning 4x4, 2-Step, Dubstep and Grime styles.
