Creating a distinct sound and then communicating it successfully to an audience, is a rare artistry, something that Nosh & Sj have perfected beautifully. Both of these exceptional individuals bring their unique skills and versatility to the table, yet they are in complete sync with one another, because of their shared love for music. By perfectly balancing the melody, harmony, rhythm, tone, tempo and dynamics, they are expressing that which cannot be said, a universal language for the soul.

Nosh & Sj as a collaborative act have more than successfully penetrated Mumbai’s hip and trendy watering holes, not to mention brought their charisma and musicality to entertain throngs of people across the city’s most frequented joints. The fervour and enthusiasm, with which they perform, coupled with their upbeat progressive sets literally and metaphorically ‘set the stage on fire’. Venues that they have been fortunate enough to hold residency at include - Hype ( Mumbai ), Hype ( Goa ), Marbela Beach ( Goa ), The Lalit ( Mumbai), Celebrations Sports Club ( Mumbai ), Shock ( Mumbai ), Boveda ( Mumbai ), Brewbot ( Mumbai ), Glocal Junction ( Mumbai ), Intercontinental- The Sunsets Music Festival ( Mumbai ) Phoenix Market City ( Mumbai ), Brick house Café and Bar ( Mumbai ), Local Passengers ( Mumbai ), China House ( Mumbai ), China 1 ( Mumbai ), Bora Bora ( Mumbai ), Club Royalty ( Mumbai ) and Sea Princess ( Mumbai ). They also brought their A game to ‘Holi Reloaded’( Mumbai ) a colourful and zesty music festival that brings together a host of dj’s from around the world, as well as at ‘Ctrl Alt Dance’( Goa ), an event that showcases true underground electronic music talent. The duo also opened for Edward Maya in 2013 ( Pune ) YOTTO in 2016 ( Anti- Social Mumbai ) and Jody Wisternoff in 2016 (Kitty Su - Mumbai). In the year 2014-2015 Nosh & Sj received a great honour by being nominated for ‘my fav awards’, a platform that seeks to recognise the work of Djs, Artists, Producers, Clubs & Festivals, via the people’s choice. 

Canadian producer and DJ Monarke has already made a name for himself on the music scene, currently being released through Berlin based label STEYOYOKE and multiple collaborations with Soul Button’s. His music is defined as an eclectic range of productions ranging from ethereal techno to melodic electronic music. It’s not hard to see why Monarke has gained support from the like of Joris Voorn, his track ”Passage” was a Highlight of his 2020 Awakening performance, released on the famous ”global underground” compilation.

What started as the Ethereal Techno sound of Steyoyoke now expands into a broader movement. Beyond music releases, it becomes a space for creation, sound design, and community - built around a shared aesthetic and shaped by artists and listeners connected through its atmosphere.
