Fresh off teaming up with Diplo to produce the Jennifer Lopez's Booty remix with Iggy Azalea that's on everyone's minds right now, Melbourne-based DJs and producers Swick & Lewis CanCut are back to Enchufada after dropping a killer track on the Upper Cuts series, following a string of successful releases on labels such as Mad Decent, Main Course or Top Billin.

Their latest work 'Fizzy' is the first in a series of EPs for Enchufada where the duo explore their shared love of African rhythms, with the title track shining through as it finds the sweet spot between hedonistic rave chords and heavyweight beats with a cultural angle.

Deceptively innocent at first, Fizzy offers listeners a dreamy buildup which quickly becomes a global raver’s dream after the kuduro-influenced beat drops, managing the unlikely feat of bringing together two very different musical worlds with ease. On the flip side you can find Buff Bumper (feat. A-Mac, Apprentice & Slicker), a track that further takes us into the vibrant rhythmic universe of Swick & Lewis CanCut, where the pair bring vocal elements with an Caribbean vibe to the mix, referencing global styles like azonto and dancehall on top of their trademark thumping beats and electrifying synthwork.

So it was only fitting that I send the tune to Lee, and even more fitting that he immediately loved it, and signed it to his label Get Weird.  It seemed like the stars had aligned perfectly, but after almost a year, circumstances forced Lee to shut down Get Weird, and thus the track was relinquished back to me. 
I believe that when one door closes, another opens, and that is exactly what happened with Desert Hearts.  They welcomed me, and my music with open arms into their burgeoning family, and I could not feel more
at home.

Lonely Boy Bio 

Funk conductor, eclectic savant, and master of good vibes: this is Lonely Boy. His talents are omnidirectional, spanning a Master’s Degree in Jazz Studies, television commercials, bike building, sausage making, ice dancing, and tour gigs on every continent (except Antarctica).
Under his new alias, veteran DJ/Producer Joshua Heath has released with such labels as Winding Road and Culprit, and has upcoming releases on Future Boogie, Armada Deep and the rising star, Desert Hearts Records.
This lonely robot cares not about what genre is cool, what sub-genre is hip, what sub-sub-genre requires jorts and stashes. Deep, dirty, dreamy or Disco, he is programmed with one objective: to send you to outer space on a rainbow made of Oprah's tears.
