To Create this lighting effect, i use a CN-160 - http://amzn.to/UwW22X sitting on my camera facing down to light a short area in front of the camera.  If i faced the light towards my it would light the back ground that i do not want.  I just want a small area in front of the camera visible 





ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response it is described as a pleasurable tingling sensation that can be felt most commonly in the back of the scalp and down the spine but not limited to these area's.  
I try to describe ASMR experience to people using something common like visiting a hairdresser, do you find the experience of someone focusing on you, the gentle touching of your hair, the sound of the scissors moving around you relaxing?
That would be a relaxing experience, watching ASMR video is like recreating that type of experience.

New Sleep Induction and Lucid Dreaming Binaural Beats with 741hz!

This session is specially designed unwinding and releasing for sleep. It begins at Beta (active thinking) and slowly winds all the way down to Low Theta over the course of the first 20 minutes. Throughout the video there are waves, starting with a nature stream, then when you hear the gong the 741hz begins, after a minute or so going back to the stream.

741hz is an ancient Solfeggio sound that associates with the intuition and the Throat Chakra, so right-brained creative for dreaming. When you hear the gong, allow your thoughts to fade, and sink into your creative side. Meanwhile the Binaural Beats will be working to slow down your brainwaves. The Throat Chakra is the most important for dreaming and soul journeying, by stimulating it the chances of had vivid or lucid dreams is significantly increased.

Instructions:

1. Lay down in a comfortable position with your headphones on and play the session

Using a complex pattern of binaural beat and isochronic tone frequencies dedicated to help you achieve good sleep and have lucid dreams, this 8-hour music track is divided into four unique sections. In the first 2 hours we've used frequencies that range from 3-13Hz (Alpha-Theta range) to help calm your mind and feel deeply relaxed. There is a pleasurable feeling of floating and it will give effects such as stress reduction, relaxed awareness, release of serotonin, and an induction to sleep spindles as your mind and body allows itself into sleep. It also contains triggers for creativity and imagery and access to subconscious images as you doze off.

The second and third sections contain more of the Theta waves, which are also present in dreaming, sleep, deep meditation and creative inspiration. As you have already fallen asleep, the binaural beats tap into your subconsciousness as your mind prepares itself into a lucid dream state. There is a decreased awareness of the physical world. This section also contains the Earth Resonance or Schumann Resonance, which will leave you feeling revitalized upon waking up.

In order to achieve Lucid Dreaming, please research on different tips found on the web. Lucid Dreaming doesn't happen all at once, so patience is an important factor.

Relaxing Space Delta Waves -binaural beat and isochronic tone frequencies

This track is designed using the Schumann resonance at 40hz with a binaural flux of 44.1hz. The first 33:33 minutes are silent to allow the listener to fall asleep with the track playing. At the 33:33 minute mark the frequencies begin to sweep in and gently arouse the listeners subconscious mind. This serves to lift the awareness and vibration frequency of the listener into the astral plane.  During this process of gentle awakening there are simple affirmations sparingly placed in order to prepare your subconscious for the astral plane.  
These are the words your subconscious will hear once you have fallen asleep.
"You are now on the astral plane,  
you are now aware in the astral plain, 
you are free to create and explore,
you may create as you desire,
Here you may communicate with angels, 
your spirit guides, your higher self,

Once these affirmations are complete and you have been gently roused the frequency once again becomes silence for a 10 minute duration.  At 53:00 the same frequency and affirmation repeats once more before the track ends. 

This track can be used as an aid to astral Project or lucid dream
with or without headphones. 

With headphones simply set the volume between 50% and 60% press play before going to sleep and let the track play through to completion. 

Without Headphones simply set the volume at an audible level and press play before going to sleep letting the track play through to completion.
