Hi! I am American originally from the East Coast, U.S.A., and live in Italy. My name is Barbara Lois Hurt, artist name, LOíDa (Lois). My vocal training began in studying Opera. However, I didn't limit myself there, as I am still developing my music and production skills. After my Opera studies, I came to Italy and decided to stay awhile. I enjoy the food and culture, and I enjoy Italy's most intriguing sites. Mostly, I now love being a singer-songwriter too, collaborating with artists, as I have done for many years, as background vocalist, soloist and recording artist.
