Der erste Schnee

Zum ersten Mal in diesem Jahr fällt Schnee. Die weißen Flocken haben im Schnitt die Größe von 2 Euromünzen und erinnern in ihrer Gesamtheit an frisch gesiebten Puderzucker. Der Schnee kommt bei diesem Schauspiel der Natur in Schüben. Manchmal blickt man aus dem Fenster und sieht einfach nur einen blass blau-grauen Himmel. Beim nächsten Mal hingegen sieht man wildtanzende Eiskristalle, die sich scheinbar unorganisiert und desorientiert ihren Weg zur Erde bahnen. 
Schneefall mit allem was dazu gehört sehen wir in unseren Breitengraden immer seltener. Dementsprechend ist und bleibt der Anblick eines solchen Gezeitenphänomens ein Event und definitiv ein Blickfang. Intensives starren in das Schneegeschehen wirkt ähnlich entspannend wie das hypnotische Flackern eines Kamin- oder Lagerfeuers. Also ein warmes Getränk der Wahl zur Hand und Augen auf für Mutternatur.

Joe Carl verewigt sich mit diesem Live Set auf KataHaifisch. Wie es der Name bereits impliziert, wurden für diese Komposition nur eigens produzierte Werke verwendet. Der einheitliche und dennoch vielseitige Stil zieht sich durch den gesamten Podcast. Dabei kommen die unterschiedlichen Grooves, Stimmungen und Akzente wunderbar zur Geltung. Die Nummer 244 macht definitiv Lust auf den Sommer, Sonne und ein unbeschwertes Tänzchen am Sandstrand.

Abity returns to WCross´s Golden Wings imprint with a new EP entitled Without alongside remixes from Freedo Mosho and Michael A.

Hailing from Argentina, Jóse Duque and Bruno Signorelli make up the Abity production team. They last appeared on the imprint in may of 2021 with their ‘Doppelleben feat. Las Modas Original Mix’ at Unique Series 5. Abity's productions improve with each release. The Argentinean producers has also shared the booth with Nick Warren, Eelke Kleijn and ARBAT.

The Mystic Creatures Festival was the perfect way to end the summer. The location, the music, the people and the attention to detail made this first Mystic Festival one to remember.
I am soo grateful for the loyal, enthusiastic, energetic and supportive crowd at my set! Thank you so much! There were so many familiar faces at the festival, both old and new friends. What a family feeling :)
All in all, this was definitely the way to end the beloved festival season.

What a great journey in the land of the Mystic Creatures.

Far out in the woods, surrounded by a beautiful massive lake, on a mystic island, there was a festival where we got lost in time.

Every fairytale story has an end and I had the honor to play the closing DJ set for the first Mystic Creatures festival (Creatures Corner stage with live sampling and live Aerophone) @mystic-tales-berlin

Far away from my typical music stores I’m very happy to share this powerful dance set with you.

That was just a blast.. surrounded by such beautiful dancers, I could play on one of my favorite sound systems and celebrate my nine years anniversary with my wonderful girlfriend in the company of my dear friend Andy Snatch who supported me again with some wise words on the mic.

Hier hat einfach alles gestimmt: die Location, die Gäste, das musikalische Programm und die Stimmung an sich. Festival Connaisseure & Liebhaber der elektronischen Musik bekamen auf dem Mystics Island alles geboten, was das Herz begehrt. Ein idealer Abschluss eines rundum gelungenen Festivalsommers. Wir sagen Dankeschön & freuen uns schon sehr nächstes Jahr wieder am Creatures Corner schwofen zu dürfen.  

🎵Bei dem heutigen KataHaifisch Podcast handelt es sich um ein Live Recording von der aufstrebenden Musikproduzentin & DJ SILSAN. Goshh.. what an absolutely beautiful and unique festival it was!!! 
Right after Ninze & Niju on Sunday at 9am I served music to those who had been up all night and those who had just woken up and started the day. Very unique feeling it was. 

I was preparing my liveset for 3 weeks, highly motivated, disciplined and organised counting down the days and hours until the festival started. I decided to play more instruments live, create new songs, reaarange old ones, change the internal settings and, above all, play 'analog' without laptop.

hope you like it as much as I do!

Wenn gemeinsam Träume wahr werden... Was ein Festival, was eine Insel, was ne Crew, was ne Crowd und was ein morgen! Da ich mich erst vor 2 Jahren auf den Events der @mystic-tales-berlin in Downtempo verliebt habe, war es schon ultra schön zu hören, dass die Mystics uns vom BeYond Kollektiv dabei haben wollten um ihre schöne Insel in Polen in eine zauberhafte Parallelwelt zu verwandeln✨. Dass @thisisrakaethe und ich dann auch noch den Mainfloor für @hhaller einheizen durften war ein einziges Träumchen. Nur schön und unfassbar aufregend die eigenen Lieblingstracks und die ersten eigenen Produktionen auf so einer Anlage zu betanzen.  Und wieviele Lieblingsmenschen mit uns in der Hitze breit grinsend sich wild tanzend in der Musik verloren haben werde ich literally nie vergessen. Wir können die nächsten gemeinsamen Abenteuer kaum abwarten🚀

When dreams come true together... What a festival, what an island, what a crew, what a crowd and what a morning!  Since I fell in love with downtempo only 2 years ago at the Mystics events, it was super special to hear that the Mystics wanted us from the BeYond collective there to turn their beautiful island into a magical parallel world. That @thisisrakaethe  and I were booked to heat up the mainfloor for @hhaller was literally a dream come true. Just beautiful and incredibly exciting to dance to your own favorite tracks and your first own productions on such a sound system.  And I will literally never forget how many of our favorite people lost themselves in the music, smiling brightly and dancing wildly in the heat. We can hardly wait for the next adventures together.
Big big thank you to the @mystic-tales-berlin who made dreams come true for so many people in Poland. Only love to @beyondcollectiveberlin for the dreamlike family trip on this mystical island.
