I Love God, my family, my friends, myself, my city, my school, my experiences, my growth,Hip-Hop and my thoughts so I like to make music about it. 

Before "ST~Prime", there was "The Band of Seven", a group of friends that showcased different creative talents. In 2007, to celebrate a trip to his friends' first anime convention, Fox made a short mixtape using DanceEjay as a joke with some of the instrumentals he made. The positive reception to the mixtape grew past just one circle of friends.

In 2008, The Band of Seven released their first album, "Baka Chronicles" to moderate success. A year in advance, they organized a performance at the anime convention that inspired Fox's first mixtape; MTAC: the Middle Tennessee Anime Convention in Nashville, TN.

In 2009, they released their second album, titled "Memoirs of an Otaku". The album acted as a love letter to everything that made them otakus. The album was met to decent success and its release was accompanied by a performance at MTAC Ninja. 

While the albums fared well in the eyes of their peers, the Band of Seven weren't content with the quality of their work. They needed a rebranding and a new production structure. This came about in the form of a 3-year hiatus and a new name: ST~Prime (ST standing for Soultaku).

In 2013, ST~Prime released a new, self-titled EP to re-introduce their ever-changing sound with the help of recording engineer Michael Knouff and voice actor Kyle Hebert.  That same year, they also performed in the Anime Blues Convention talent show in Memphis, TN and won a first place trophy and the moniker of "Most Talented Otaku" for the duration of the year until Anime Blues 2014.

Durand ‘Virghost’ Somerville is a rapper, spoken word artist, and songwriter hailing from Memphis TN. 

In 2013, Virghost won the K97’s (WHRK Memphis) “Next Big Thing” competition and from there Virghost continued to perform in front of captivated audiences throughout the south, honing his skill as a performing artist, and growing a loyal and supportive fan base. Virghost has opened shows for major recording artists such as Juicy J, French Montana, Ro James, and Rocko. 

Virghost has worked to perfect his craft as a Hip-Hop recording artist and songwriter releasing 13 studio projects including 5 albums, 4 EP's, and 4 mix-tapes, He has also had two singles receive airplay in Memphis and Nashville, “Be With Out You” K97 (WHRK Memphis) and “Titan Up” 101.1 (WUBT Nashville).

Virghost’s most recent studio album, “No Sleep Under The Circumstances” (April 2017), showcases his exceptional artistry and songwriting. Virghost’s power to pull creativity from personal experiences and use it to illustrate the complexities of his passions and vices are unrivaled.

Mohamed “EsMod” Abdo is an Ethiopian rapper-violinist from Memphis, Tennessee. His blend of conscious hip-hop and pop rap with a classical violin background makes his music and concerts a one-of-a-kind experience for rap enthusiasts and music lovers alike. He first began releasing music under the alias “EsMod” in 2018. The Georgia-born artist released three EPs in his debut year, his first full length mixtape in 2019, then went on to study recording technology at the University of Memphis later that fall. EsMod released his highly anticipated debut album “Table For One” in January of this year, and has since gained a considerable amount of notability though his energetic and passionate live performances that can make a room full of people cry. Today, EsMod has songs with streams as high as 53,000 on Spotify, has been on the radio numerous times, played stages such as the Delta Fair and Railyard Live, went on tour with Music Export Memphis, and is now aiming to release a new EP this fall.
