Constantly in demand as a producer and remixer, Mauro Di Martino AKA Musumeci’s career dates back to the late 80’s under various aliases. Armada, Bedrock, Diynamic Music and Innervisions are just a few of the labels that the Sicilian artist has released on as Musumeci over the years. On top of this, Musumeci is the owner of Engrave Ltd, Multinotes Recordings & Buttress Records.

Musumeci’s latest work comes to us via the iconic UK imprint, Renaissance Records, as he partners alongside Salento born Dodi Palese to remix for Fur Coat’s ‘Dystopia EP’ (released 12th November). Together, Musumeci and Dodi Palese reimagine the EP’s title track in their unique indie style. Speaking on their remix, the pair explained how they were “instantly drawn to ‘Dystopia’s’ infectious riff and specifically wanted to celebrate that element”.

Since then, Teenage Mutants have collaborated with an impressive collection of respected artists – Purple Disco Machine, Moonbootica, Laura Welsh, Betoko and Jonas Saalbach are just a few of the names they have shared a studio with, while remixes for Nervo feat. Kylie Minogue, Jake Shears & Nile Rogers, Autograf, Sailor & I, Third Son or Ed One further shows just how extensive their network is.

Naturally, Teenage Mutants’ endless passion for electronic music translates to their DJ-performances. Next to a former residency at La Terrrazza in Barcelona and the current night Verboten in their hometown Mainz, the guys are a regular fixture at key clubs and festivals on the underground circuit, performing multiple gigs a week all over the world. Alex Cecil is an up and coming DJ and producer highly regarded in the Miami and NYC underground scene. Known for his unique sets blending diverse musical styles, Cecil’s sound lives in the delicate intersection between dark indie dance and uplifting melodies.  As he put it, “There can be both, and it can be beautiful.”  Some call his style “a playful warehouse attitude” and some describe it as a trippy alternative reality in the future.

This unique take on performance, composition and transition come from him being a classical musician since age 7.  His music seamlessly weaves moments of peace, tension, aggression, and resolution, taking listeners on a journey. 

A mastermind of mischief — always scheming with a smile on his face. Lovable, menacing and undeniably talented. After years of dedication starting with an underground gig in downtown Manhattan, he’s worked his way up to performing every year at the best day party of Burning Man — DISTRIKT as well as other top sound camps at Burning Man such as Miki Beach.

You may have heard him spin at Miami strongholds such as Floyd at Club Space, ATV, Treehouse, Do Not Sit, Amsterdam staple Adam Tower, or NYC’s House of Yes. He’s  shared the bill with the likes of DJ Tennis, Maceo Plex, Bob Moses, DJ Three, Echonomist, Art Department, Paco Osuna and Stacy Pullen amongst others.

Cecil’s debut single “Alpha Lupi” on Staybad charted at #1 and he quickly followed up on this success with multiple top 10 releases on labels such as Lost On You, 925 Music, Rvdiovctive, Deep Playa and Parallel. 2023 has been strong with 2 EP’s on Deep Playa and Popgang Records plus his popular single “Art Thoughts”. Fresh off a summer playing in Europe, catch him performing in the US in the upcoming months.  Keep an ear out for his upcoming tracks.
