The OHM. What is it? In the vedas it is said its primordial. Why is it so? It's just a sound which goes on and on inside us just that we have to feel it. When all our senses have been silenced so as to speak we hear this sound. Its the reverberation in us. It flows as we inhale through the left breast goes up a bit in a curved manner to the right breast and then as it travels it touches the Hridiya (what we call heart in Tamil / Sanskrit) and then keeps travelling the sound the vibration keeps travelling through the body energizing every cell from the inside, making it dance yet be still.
