As a conduit and universal translator this is the gift I was given this morning.  I open my heart and share it with you.  Unsung.

Blocked, known…the ancients provide

Accept your inner wisdom
This is who you are!  A dragon slaying celestial.
Censored no longer anchor gratitude in your heart
Embrace acceptance of the darkness
Co-occurring with mad light!
How many times have I been to rehab?
A consequence?  Not at all.  A course of study.

Never may he know that this was my first conscious breath
In this stillness I began to feel my body
In this body I began a relationship with self
Unnamed. Simply present.  Thinking mind thought.
Thoughts of here and there.  Everywhere.
Yet the body whispers, “let me hold you.”
So I did.

My first song was a gasp and a cry
The original canal tour had no guide
From 9 months of darkness and stress
I slipped into this dimension via mothers portal
Gifted this 3D printed protein patroller, 
mostly H2Ohhhh yeah baby
The cord that once gave life, blood, breath
Now strangled, tight, noose around my neck
Blue was the color of my alien skin
In the great white north this would be
My very own original sin
The will to thrive alive is always with me
This little one, me, the little poet
Came authentically, uncensored, with a wail
Gasp.  Cough.  Squirm.  Scream.  Cry.  Breathe.  Live.
Clear of thought, originally in my body, I chose life
Without even knowing the power of this choice
A mantra gifted to me; I love me, I’m proud of me
I respect me, I make NOISE!

Never dim.  Always bright.  Power of thought.
Reality comes to life, giving gratitude the practice
She so lovingly deserves, and most of all, loves
Most of all, my sweet celestials, give gratitude
For the reality changing power 
Of your uncensored heart song.

Niki is a Vancouver-based DJ and musician. From raiding her parents’ record collection when she was just a child, to becoming resident at Vancouver’s MIA, Niki has continuously been living with the music in the forefront. Within a very short time, she has put herself on the map as an up and coming DJ. 

Niki conveys her expression of life to listeners and engages crowds through her live sets when she’s behind the decks , and through dozens of podcasts and studio mixes. Her sets have been described as musical journeys, charming listeners and at the same time inviting them to dive into their own individual world of sensations. 

Niki is the host of Allure on Frisky Radio which airs every 3rd Wednesday of the month.

Hey folks! We've a new „schmacko“ for all our beloved sound aesthetes here!

So let's welcome today our new family member Anatolian Sessions with MONADA BRAHMA 006.

As Dj and producer Anatolian Sessions began his electronic music career long time ago with progressive and tech house. In 2016 he started to weave his anatolian roots into his music crafts. The fruits are a unique signature of traditional folkloric elements combined with deep, hypnotic driving basses. That rare style led him release his gems on labels like: Buddha Bar, Metanoia, Pipe & Pochet, Souq Records, Wanderlust Musica and Art Vibes Music.

With „Rhythms in a vortex of joy“ he invites the listener into his sunny world and groove in which the timeless and rich anatolian culture meets a straight electronic soundscape that will move any dance-floor that thrives on powerful, psychedelic global beats.

As cover art we chose „Joy“ of Radka Tiarksova's highly vibrating art, as the spinning skirt reminds of the ancient Sufi dance of whirling Dervishes. We're more than thankful and happy to have this special collaboration with Radka Soulart and to share with all of you her unique art which is as lively, colorful & profound as the life we call reality.

Now let's tune into the anatolian earth and let's whirl, spin and jump in the rhythm of endless joy.
