Origin Festival  2018 DJ Mix

Hey guys! This is a mashup I've made of Avicii's "Waiting for Love" with Audien's "Circles" feat. Ruby Prophet. This is a very special mashup I've made, which I was originally just fucking around and trying to create an intro for my set I was going to play for an event. However, this is a special mashup for me because this is my FIRST EVAR MASHUP! Also, I did it in honor of the late Avicii. Rest in peace my friend, and thank you for your music, memories, cries, and laughs.

Waiting For The Circle Of Love (RE-UPPED by KAIM3RA)

It is tough for me to process the loss of Tim. He has had a colossal impact on dance music, and the way that it sounds today. Although I did not know him personally, it has been tough to fathom the loss of my musical inspiration. Avicii's melodies and drum patterns were what reeled me into dance music in the first place. I remember hearing "Seeking Bromance" and immediately opening GarageBand and attempting to emulate his sound. Now almost 9 years later, I am still an avid producer. Avicii was always taking risks with his sound, even when facing criticism from fans. As a producer, I have always coped with my emotions through making music. I saw no better way to cope with this tremendous loss than to remix one of my favorite Avicii songs. The industry surely will not be the same without his incredible talent and personality. It is incredible to see the dance music community come together during these difficult times. Electronic music is all about love and togetherness, and that is what makes it so special for me. I hope you all enjoy this tribute remix of mine. May he rest in paradise and forever live on through his music. If you are not familiar with his original pieces, I highly recommend you check them out.
