Curious and dreamy with background that makes me think of a raging sea. Fun how you can essentially make something new by just slowing a track down.

Discolored

This was slowed down to an absurd amount by Andy Hero, and just takes on an entirely different aesthetic in that context.  I recommend a set of headphones and drifting off, or just using it as background music, but im really happy with how it came out! This is not version 2.0 because the screams came out sounding so interesting when stretched like this.  Hope you enjoy!

Make Sense Of It Later

Welcome to Expanse, an electronic escapade through imagination.

Inspiration comes from unexpected places. This started out as one lonely synth patch and note pattern that I made almost two years ago. I revisited some old projects, fell in love with that pattern and eventually made it from a 10-second loop into a 10-minute track.

I tried my best to get in touch with the feeling of walking alone in a giant open field, reflecting on life and finding meaning in this universe.

Expanse is a work of love and contains some of my proudest synthwork, live recordings from a field trip to Switzerland Forest in Israel and sessions playing on my ROLI Seaboard. It was a real adventure to work on and I sincerely hope it's as much of an adventure to listen to.

Take some time for yourself and listen to the whole thing, end to end. It's a story, so don't skip!
