Hello, I’m James, content creator for “Universal Mind Moods”. I fell in love with a small metaphysical book titled “Three Magic Words” in 1984. At the end of each of the 12 chapters there is a short meditation. Just for fun I reproduced these meditations in audio form for my own use. However, they eventually lead to me creating videos for a YouTube channel because I wanted to share these unique, entertaining, sometimes funny, and very effective works of art.

They are effective mainly because of the metaphysical writings of U.S. Andersen. However, I did study subliminal, hypnotic, and meditation techniques to apply in an amateurish attempt to incorporate them into the deliveries of these 12 meditations. The 12 chapters of this wonderful book are as follows:

I suggest you read this short book of 169 pages for a better understanding of these magic meditations. However, this is not necessary. If you let the meditations flow with headphones and a nonjudgmental attitude, over time they will bring you to a new level of consciousness.

This entire series of the twelve short meditations from Three Magic Words are easy, and effective meditations for active people who want to meditate but feel they cannot. It could be not enough time, or they find it too difficult to sit and be quiet, and/or they find it too hard to slow down their thoughts.

These meditations are approximately 10 minutes in length and are unique, inspiring, and effective. They are formatted to take our minds off daily mundane and trying situations and bring us to the realization that we are a manifestation of our minds through our belief systems.

This series is made to be quick, and easy meditations which are remarkably interesting, unique, poetic, and effective meditations that are 300 to 400 words. They are from U.S. Andersen’s most popular book which is renowned by the metaphysical community. They are designed to be quick, easy, and of course effective meditations for active people.

In Three Magic Words, U.S. Andersen makes the argument that "the physical world is derived from the mental". He argues that "a sustained mental image, if backed by faith will become reality". U.S. Andersen argued that "it is possible to prove this theory by conducting a few mental experiments, aided by means of meditation. After running these experiments, with complete faith in the outcome, it becomes obvious, at least on a personal level, that there is a relationship between thought and physical reality".

U.S. Andersen was a successful self-help and short story author in the 1950’s, 60’s, and 70’s. Once a renowned NFL football player, he had several careers including running an advertising agency, wild catting for oil, logging at the Columbia Sawmill, and was also a World War II veteran as a gunnery officer on a destroyer warship.

Lejla Mulaosmanović - pianist, conductor, composer, teacher, born in Tuzla 1981. 25th of December. When she was 5 begins to play the piano.
She went to Elementary and Secondary Music school in Tuzla in departments of piano and theoretical department. In 2007. she graduated at Music Academy in Sarajevo,
department of Composition and Conducting. Lejla as a professor conductor works in Music school in Tuzla. He teaches subjects: Basis of Conducting,
Choir singing, Playing choral sheet music “Prima Vista”and Piano. As a backing vocalist sang in 2004. to promote the album of famous Bosnian pop
singer - Hari Mata Hari "Zakon jačega" in the “National Theatre” in Sarajevo, then the opening of the “Old Bridge” in Mostar in 2004. as a backup
singer with traditional folk star Halid Bešlić and in “Skenderija” - Sarajevo with the vocal ensemble "Allegro" and the “Sarajevo Philharmonic”
orchestra on big concert of Macedonian pop singer Toše Proeski in 2006. Also, Lejla performed three times in front of Pope John Paul II in Vatican, Rome.
She took the best of the piano and conductor competition since 1998. and still is active with her choir on many International Competitions.
Radio “Kamelon” in 2016. puts her on the list of women who receive a prize "Wonder Woman".
Mario Glavaš was born in Tuzla 1976. May 25-th. He graduated Tourism management school.
Lived in London, Zagreb than Sarajevo. He studied Philosophy, History, Psychology, Journalism and World literature.
Mario was frontman of two iconic punk bands in Tuzla - “The Schlajmers” and “Hela”. In 1997. band “Hela” won first prize at International Alter-Rock
Festival Sarajevo. 1999 Mario becomes the first Goa-Trance DJ in Bosnia & Herzegovina. Since 1995. and until 2004. he organised parties mostly alone
and his only cooperation was with DJ RED (Avdo Šerak -R.I.P.) and organisation Different Style. Different Style was Avdo’s organisation. Previously,
Mario led the program Alter-Shock on Radio “Kameleon”. In consultation with the team that he has, faithfully followed, decided to use the stage name
Mario DJ “Atma”. Mario has published two books of poetry "Sam protiv svih" in 1998. and "Oči u sunce" in 2013. Also, won awards at various poetry
competitions and entry song "Obojila si moj svijet" in the first collection "Modern love poetry" printed in Belgrade, prove its uniqueness and talent.
