Temporary High is a track about feeling vulnerable and scared about the future of a new relationship and being unsure whether that person can love you for who you actually are.  It’s a track about being so self-aware that your insecurities can consume you and make you feel like you don’t deserve to be loved unconditionally, flaws and all.

Fuel is the first single taken from CAii's second EP 'Tangle' which focuses on problems in an emotionally abusive relationship that looks healthy to an outsider, but has a hidden darkness.  Fuel is a powerful dark pop banger written from the point of view of someone in a relationship with a deeply insecure partner who takes out all their flaws on them.

The first collaboration between upcoming UK female singer-songwriter/producers CAii and Hydra Lerna, OK Again is a female empowerment anthem set to a dark, bassy electronic backdrop. Written and sung by Hydra Lerna and produced by CAii, the song is about picking yourself back up after a break up and finding you identity again. So often it is easy to lose yourself and boundaries in a relationship, especially a toxic one, and OK Again is the story of when you start to realise that you can recover. It is about regaining your confidence after someone made you question your self worth and learning that you are resilient and powerful. Lyrics about rediscovering your own strength set to punchy drums, a soaring synths and a huge bassline, OK Again is the perfect track to keep you going through lockdown!

CAii is an exciting new singer-songwriter and producer from Manchester, who fuses pop with dark, dramatic production.  Her alternative, electronic pop has been inspired by artists such as Banks, Tula and Fleetwood Mac.  

CAii started writing when she was 15 as way to channel her anxiety into something positive.  In 2017, a track she penned – Body Of Mine - was supported by BBC Introducing, with presenter Dean Jackson saying it was ‘so powerful he could hear it on national radio’. 

Over the past two years, CAii has been developing as a producer and curating her own sound.  Her debut self-produced EP, due for release in early 2019, will feature brutally honest lyrics, hard-hitting production and the catchiness of classic pop.

Having gigged in Manchester, Liverpool and London, CAii is a captivating performer and always fully immersed in her music. In 2018, she played Sundown festival and Indie Week UK.
