An artist synonymous with Drum and Bass, Ed Rush has become a byword for cutting edge, forward thinking
beats. Moving through the sounds of hip hop and electro in his early musical years, Ed Rush soon became
interested in the emerging London jungle scene.
Showing his innate ability to manipulate chopped breakbeats and piles of sub-low bass, it wasn't long before Ed
Rush and Nico dropped the huge 'Bludclot Artattack'. The first classic to Ed Rush’s name, this proved to be a
platform for another collaboration with DJ Trace. Simultaneously developing his own style whilst pushing the
boundaries of a genre, classics such as ‘The Mutant' and 'Guncheck' put Ed Rush’s attitude injected productions
firmly on the map.
One of the pioneers of new sound dubbed Techstep, Ed Rush soon teamed up within another leading light,
Optical; to form what would become one of the most progressive production teams in the scene. In 1998, Ed
Rush & Optical released an album universally recognized as changing the landscape of Drum and Bass forever
with the legendary, ‘Wormhole’ on Virus Recordings. Still regarded as one of the main catalysts for the Neuro and
Techstep sound, ‘Wormhole’ paved the way for household names such as Noisia, Bad Company and many more.
Since then Ed Rush has released a plethora of genre-defining tracks and albums, both solo and with his partner in
crime, Optical. Still busy at work on a new Ed Rush & Optical LP due in late 2013, Ed Rush is not merely content
with helping shape the scene and remaining one of its most consistent producers. Beginning his own venture, he
now looks to the future with the birth of Piranha Pool. An outlet for showcasing new talent and veterans alike,
Piranha Pool represents what will be the future of Drum and Bass.

Four Phonica is the emotional energy of rock music filtered through cold electronic sound. Members of two accomplished Ukrainian acts – SEXINSPACE and MARAKESH (called by Billboard Russia as “solid and manifestly eclectic sound”), joined forces for a new line up that brought them to Berlin. Four Phonica will release their debut self-titled EP on February 28 2014.

A journey in to the hottest electronic music sound

In the past few years, up and coming Artist Elan Myles has created a big mark in the electronic music scene. His ability to mix progressive house, techno and tech-house into unique vibes hasn’t gone unrecognized. Starting to produce at the age of 17, he has perfected his craft in creating melodic sounds infused with unique stabs and chords. His tracks are best known for their versatility, as he uses original instruments in the breakdowns and switches it up with rougher low bass lines and techno vibe drops. As a DJ, Elan Myles is acclaimed for his unique style of mixing when playing live. Creating a personal remake of every song for people to experience in to the moment – never replicated. As a producer he is seen in the top 100 various time and is signed to a number of labels including RPO Records, Wirlix Records, Incorrect Music, Beat Therapy, Sea to Sun, Plasmapool, G- Mafia Records, Raise Recording and many more. Same labels whose artists include Rick Pier O’neil, Anthony Attalla, Lutzenkirchen, Three Sixty, Phunk Investigation, Dirty Rich, Miles Dyson, Adam K & Soha, D-Unity, Umak, Danny Tenaglia, Matteo DiMarr and many more. Recently Elan became resident head liner for a group called Essence which has been extremely successful in the underground seen!

Brooding under the surface are two artists who have been waiting for ears to fall on their enchanting sounds. DarkSoul are finally rising.....
In the early days child piano prodigy and Edinburgh based melancholy songwriter Naledi wowed crowds with her husky, enigmatic vocals. Whilst hiphop producer Nasty P spent his solo career working with acclaimed artists such as Jurassic 5, Florence and The Machine, Skinnyman and Oddisee.
