UK House luminary Mr. G readies another full-length collection on his own label Phoenix G. Adding to an 18 year old catalogue 'A Part of Me Vol.2' delves into slower tempos, abstract sampling and broken beats that are all suffused with a smokey, jazz-tinged edge. 

In his own words:

'There wasn’t supposed to be an album this year but I fancied a change from the direct 4 to the floor. I’d been going through my collection and I had a show on worldwide with K15 and decided the start of the year would be looking into something different and challenging for me with a jazzy edge...month or so later I had this body of work that seemed to go together really well but more importantly I could now see the dots joining and my broad spectrum of music for once was super clear to see - and boy am I proud - Hope you enjoy the ride.'
