Bring on the heavy equipment! Dorian is teaming up with fellow Viennese Skore for another twisted collab on Mainframe Recordings. 
Dorian is steadily on his way to the top, recently making waves with his highly acclaimed Ritual EP, which got support throughout the whole scene from Friction to TC.  
Skore has been stirring up the Jump Up scene for quite a while now with releases on Co-Lab, Hangar and Switch!, currently being Vienna's top dog when it comes to wonky beats and dirty screeching wobble basses. 
On this release, the slick and the filthy blend together in perfect synergy. The lead track definitely does its name justice, coming in as a true 'Powertool'- straight and on point, no frills.  Simply take some pure & uncut heavy-weight Drum & Bass reduced to its essential ingredients, spiced up with a generous pinch of Funk, boil under high pressure and serve alongside a suggestively mantric vocal loop. This will get the blood and dancefloor pumping. 
'Be Afraid' is another upfront smasher, rather leaning towards the dark and techy end of the genre's stylistic spectrum. Expect some crispy machine funk here, driven by a whiplash snare and ground-shaking bass sweeps - handle with care!

One of the pioneering icons within neurofunk, BTK has remained a pinnacle part of the drum & bass scene. And his imprint Dutty Audio has also helped pave the way for similar artists, bringing newcomers into fray with every slicing, hard-driving release. For their next output, they've brought on board Mizo for a ferocious rework of collaborative track 'Mind Control', a monster delivered first by Optiv & BTK.

Mizo has already made himself known within the 174bpm world as part of Gydra, a production outfit who need little introduction. Born out of Russia, his music was nurtured within its dance music culture and his remix of 'Mind Control' is a testament to this. Whilst channelling the same furious vibe as its predecessor, his take on 'Mind Control' is violently built, with every layer adding to its last alongside crashing drums peddles and an unforgiving bassline. The track comes thick and fast before it rolls you through all-out anarchy, demonstrating Mizo's undeniable skill as a solo act and as part of a team. Dutty Audio brings the fire once again.

Former known as Dorian, he created a new project called IAMDOOMED to swap his style from neuro/jumpup to the “deeper” side of Drum and Bass. You should definitely keep an eye on this Austrian all-round talent.

With his early beginnings in producing, he felt that his releases should be put in the limelight. That’s when his career as a DJ started and his tunes began to thrill the masses. Backed by the instant support of the crowd, he jumped at the chance and fittingly  released a Jump up EP as his Debut in 2014: Whore Island EP on Switch! Recordings.

Once he had the ball rolling, one release followed another and several labels scrambled to get a piece of him: His tunes came out on Delta9, DARKMTTR, Viper Recordings, New Playaz, Mainframe Recordings, Innerground Records and so on. As he had built up a reputation, his tracks got supported by well-established names of the DnB scene, like Pendulum, DJ Hype, Friction, S.P.Y, The Prototypes, Annix, DJ Bailey, Rene LaVice, Levela, Roni Size, Heist, and many more.

Always a welcomed face at clubs local or abroad, he himself states that he doesn’t want to nail himself down to specific subgenres, which his diverse supporters are pleased with. This is plainly audible when it comes down to the producer’s œuvre. Certainly an easygoing fellow with a knack for homemade perfectionism, we will surely hear about him in the years to come.
