Frinla, a sound artist based in Singapore.

His artistic practice exudes a sense of depth, incorporating a plethora of dark industrial tones, rhythms and foley recordings. The soundscape of his  project is constructed using a blend of intricately sculptured harmonics produced by string instruments, low frequency rumbles, and machine noises.

Frinla's musical background was shaped through his previous bedroom project Navire Creux. This cathartic endeavour evolved his sound with deeper clarity, greater euphoria and higher states of consciousness for a transcendent audio experience.

Awarded ‘Best DJ’ 2012 by Juice magazine (Singapore), winner of the Nokia Music Hunt in 2011, ‘Best New Turntablist’ and 2nd runner up at the DMC Technics World DJ Championships, Singapore in 2005 when he was only 15. He was also crowned champion of the Marc Ecko Turntablist Battle in 2005. Dubspot alumni (NYC) Finding Niko aka Zeratone is an accomplished DJ and Performer.

With over a decade of experience, he has played on the main stage at legendary venues such as Webster Hall in New York City as well as performing at the SXSW festival in Austin, Texas and Zoukout festival in Singapore. He has shared the stage with renowned electronic music artists such as Goth Trad, Pinch, Liondub, Braille (Sepalcure), Sweater Beats, Flosstradamus, ill Gates and many more. He is also part of the Phyla Digital record label. 

Known for throwing down genre curveballs in his versatile DJ sets, he bridges the experimental sounds of the underground bass music movement with deep/tech house grooves and fresh hip hop beats.
