Born in DC, raised in DC, MD, and VA, FLO is a phenomenal Christian Rapper. She started rapping around the age of 8, but only kept it to herself. Music has always been a passion of hers, and she took it with her everywhere she went. She always had a notebook and pen with her, but on the days she didn't, she would write down her lyrics on whatever she got her hands on. At the age of 16, FLO began to take her music seriously. She later realized that this is what she wants to do for a living. Around the age of 18-19, she was with an Independent Record Label called 2G Media (Young Malan). The company was a stepping stone for her in the industry. Seeing first hand on what its like being in the studio, going to a CD release party, performances, a video shoot, street team and really putting time in. Young Malan really showed her what its like and gave her insight. She has parted ways from 2G Media, but still has respect for everyone there. At the age of 20, she got saved. FLO has performed at an open mic event that was hosted by the 90's R&B artist, Mrs. Tanya Blount-Trotter, and received great compliments and feedback from her and the audience. She has performed at many events and more to come.
