We’ll then come to terms with the new days, realizing that we are going to divide life before the isolation and after it, stuck amid some incomprehensible present, a what-we-could-have-done past and the what-comes-ahead future. No matter how fast we come to terms with the fact that we need to redefine and re-plan everything, and no matter how soon we decide to abstain from planning anything at all, we are nonetheless going to have a small and insignificant feeling of regret for the days we thought were important and were going to change the way we felt and the way saw things. And those “unfulfilled days” will remain the only link between the former and future realities.
@vikenarman and @acidpauli’s six-hour set they played at @Rambalkoshe marked, in some sense, the beginning of their joint performances. They were supposed to play b2b all night long at Berlin’s Watergate club today to officially kick start the new chapter both of them were so passionate about. To celebrate such a milestone, we are publishing an excerpt from the set this unbelievable symbiosis played at Rambalkoshe a year ago and took around hundred people to a different dimension, filled with nothing but incredible and infinite energy.

Die Zukunft ist unberechenbar

Ein Blick in die Geschichte offenbart, dass große Veränderungen prozesshaft verlaufen. Ein fundamentaler Wandel geschieht nicht von heute auf morgen, sondern entwickelt sich über Jahre und Jahrzehnte. 
Das 21. Jahrhundert ist geprägt von Schnelllebigkeit. Eine Innovation jagt die Nächste und ehe man sich versieht, fährt das Auto „von alleine“ und der Kühlschrank tätigt per Bestellung den Wocheneinkauf. 
Ist den dieser Zeit Menschen jene Entwicklung bewusst? 
Wie auch in vergangenen Epochen lebt der kleine Mann und die Frau in ihrer Alltagswelt. Was im Mittelalter die Arbeit auf dem Feld oder der Beruf des Handwerkers in der Stadt war, sind heute der Job im Büro oder die Montage Tätigkeit in der Produktionshalle. 
Konnten sich die Menschen damals auch nur im Ansatz vorstellen, wie ihre Nachfahren einmal Leben würden und wer weiß schon wie die Welt in 100 Jahren aussehen wird? 
Jeder von uns leistet auf seine Art und Weise seinen Betrag dazu, doch welches Ergebnis am Ende herauskommt, bleibt offen. 
Feststeht, die Erde wird weiterhin ihre Bahnen ziehen, die Sonne auf und untergehen und die Welt von gestern ist heute schon Geschichte. Konstant ist nur der Wandel, also nimm ihn dankbar an und mach das Beste aus den dir gebotenen Umständen. 

Heute wird es flippig-trippig auf KataHaifisch. Das Set von Erwin Wagner strotzt nur so vor Lebensfreude und Sommerlust. Die Vocals und Percussions hüpfen förmlich durch die Komposition, die Melodien und Bässe unterstützen sie dabei tatkräftig.
