MIDIMike is a nick name I got when working at musical instrument stores as a young man.  MIDI stands for Musical Instrument Digital Interface - I got the job because I was one of the few people in the city that understood and could program the new digital synthesizers!
Over the last 50 years, I have run sound for live gigs, recorded and produced music and videos in my home studio and performed with other bands.  Now that I have retired I wanted to release some of the tunes I have written over the years.  
I write, play and record all my music at home.  I am lucky to have talented musicians join in for some session work and I feature different vocalists and guitarists in my collection of songs.
I am not mainstream and every song is different, so I hope you settle in and try a few of them out!

Michael S Kennedy - MIDIMike

Or Mishal was born on May 31, 1974, in the Tel Aviv city of Israel. At the age of one, professional diagnostics revealed an unusual musical potential that attracted many visitors.

At age 4, he performed his first concert accompanied by the Philharmonic Orchestra in front of a large audience and was defined as a prodigy. The affair with keyboards didn’t last long and it was decided to let him grow up as a child normatively. At the age of 10 he went on to study piano, synth, and drums.

In 1985, when he was only 11 years old, he felt a strong attraction to guitar studies and began taking private lessons focused on classical music. After a few lessons, he left the field and returned to it after a year and a half, when he was determined to study and specialize in guitar studies.

By the age of 13, he started performing at local festivals and won first place awards every year. He then began to compose and write songs for local singers. During his growth, he improved his skills from time to time. In 2008, his desire to study and specialize in blues and rock increased, and he enrolled in a local music college.

After a few years of schooling, he continued to develop his professional skills on his own and develop a unique style of music that he identified with.

Mishal's instrumental songs are unique in their style and simplicity, and the blend of sounds tells a subconscious story that takes the listener to new districts.

He doesn't work his image, but he's a divine beauty, Air Wey is a being apart. A prophet of electro, a sculptor of celestial beats, a future ex-dweller of Earth. From an early age, he understood that the world was on its way out. Barely able to walk, he chose to strum a guitar to get his first teeth out. At the age of 5 he produced his first songs, because musical urgency waits for no one. Today, he crafts a hybrid, progressive electro sound that navigates between electro-pop, electro-house, electro-rock and techno-house, with an approach as fluid as a black hole swallowing a star. His influences? The Prodigy, Fatboy Slim, The Chemical Brothers, but also Mike Oldfield and Vangelis, because he loves devastating kicks as much as cosmic flights of fancy. His universe is dark and sour, like a burned-out AI. It speaks of our alienated society, of abysmal boredom, dull rage, desolation, and the sweet madness that lurks in the back of all of us. Each track is a manifesto: Chaos (2022) - The fulfilled prophecy, Forget to Kiss (2021), Jacob Black (2020) - The beast within (and it's not a sexy werewolf), Transitions (2017) - The climate is changing faster than a badly timed DJ set, Industrial Breath (2017) - A poetic tribute to pollution and tired lungs. His ambition? Become a living myth, amass an obscene fortune, start a foundation to build a rocket and move to Mars. Earth is overrated.
