Earthquake. This is her 3rd effort out of 5 songs from her upcoming EP. All 5 songs are produced by Vegas-based producer Quixkmadeit. Leonor expands on her EP's theme of vulnerability, growth and transformation.
Earthquakes takes listeners on a journey with an extended metaphor and imagery that makes you feel as if you were there.

Earthquake

Leonor follows up her catchy, high-energy lead single 'Ain't Feelin' You No More' with 'You Ain't The One.' Featuring a moody beat produced by Vegas-based producer Quixkmadeit, Leonor's frequent collaborator. Her single
'You Ain't The One' continues the theme of moving on from a relationship that no longer serves her and realizing her worth, with the quotable hook stating, "You ain't the one, you could never be, you ain't ready for a me." Leonor experiments with different melodic styles, harmonies, and flows within this song while continuing to flex her storytelling and songwriting prowess. This song is a great anthem to start the new year, empowering listeners to know that they don't have to settle and what they want is out there.

You Ain’t The One

Leonor executes genre bending R&B, embellished with dancehall/afrobeat elements. Leonor's debut single “Islands” has garnered praise with critics, claiming it has “soulful vocals” and how “The Portuguese adds a new level of sophistication.” Susan Diane Howell states, “It’s music to play at a summer pool party.” Leonor has studied under Susan, who is a high contributing member of the Las Vegas music community, for 3 years. Leonor’s debut single “Islands” was recorded at Junxion Sound in Las Vegas and mixed/mastered by heavy hitter engineer SoundbyDAWsøn. The single exhibits soothing, yet movement inducing dancehall influenced R&B beat, produced by Gabriel Domenic.

Islands

As her follow up single, Leonor delivers "Energy", an infectious and empowering anthem.  "Energy" encourages listeners to relinquish their personal power from insincere people and to instead look within for the validation they seek. "Energy" showcases a taste of Leonor's versatility and artistic prowess as she plays a balancing act between melody, spoken word and rap. Critics have expressed their anticipation for Leonor to continue to explore rap. The vulnerable yet powerful track was produced, recorded, mixed and mastered by juggernaut artist, film maker and engineer Oscar Cardona.

Energy

Fully embracing her Angolan and Portuguese roots, Leonor delivers a song exclusively in her first language, Portuguese. The song incorporates catchy and attitude packed lyrics such as "E quando você me vê na festa, não fale nada me deixa!" which translates to "and when you see me at the party, don't speak to me! Leave me alone!" 

The song features a bouncy beat paired perfectly with Leonor's voice and mixing executed to perfection by Leonor's regular collaborator SoundbyDAWSØN. The song can easily be a crowd mover at the club. "Deixa" is a perfect example of how music is a feeling and you don't need to necessarily know what is being said to enjoy it.
