On a road trip across the USA to Burning Man, childhood buds Mack & Chris reunited over their shared passion for music and bringing people together. It was next summer when the duo closed out Mysteryland USA to the entire campgrounds until sunrise, with the energy on the Woodstock ’69 grounds inspiring them to go all in and fine tune their craft - BØATS was born. 

Since then, BØATS has signed records with Perfect Driver, Moody Recordings, NV'd Records, Spira Music, and Audiophile XXL. Their single "So Rite" climbed Beatport charts and was the #1 record on Perfect Driver in 2019 with support from Court T., Steve Darko and more. They have supported Chris Lake, OMNOM, Dombresky, Walker & Royce, Camelphat, and VNSSA to name a few. But they aren't stopping there.
