His debut LP, Alumni was released September 2007 under Street Dreamaz Entertainment it featured Phonte (of Little Brother), Patrick Boyd, Catt Magle, DJ Boney B, Consuella Williams, and Bluz (Poet). He brought an innovative and fresh new style to Charlotte, NC aka the Queen City with his trendsetting style and clever lyrics. He is more than a breath of fresh air to hip hop; he is the epitome of raw talent. Over the past year Royal-Tee has performed with Big K.R.I.T., Nipsey Hussle, Dom Kennedy, Rich Hil, J.Cole, Wale, Dead Prez, Raekwon, Rapper Big Pooh, Phonte, and 9th Wonder (of Little Brother).


After receiving local and nationwide recognition, Royal-Tee followed up in the spring of 2012 with the independent release of his new project Voice Of Reason. VOR is a project that will seize the attention of major labels, blogs and hip hop fans worldwide. For this project he teamed up with DJ Skillz "The Next Great American DJ." Voice Of Reason includes features and production from Ritta, Quatrail, Swiff D, Shaff, Focus, Cookin' Soul, Ablaze Da Architek and many more!
