Akintewe Temidayo Feyisayo, better known as Young D (The Beat Boss), was born in the early 1980s in Lagos, NIgeria. Early into his career, he started producing in churches and for choirs. 
 
Young D also served as a hit-making producer for a number of A list Artists like Timaya, Chidinma, Davido, Yemi Alade, Efya, 2face Idibia, Oritsefemi, Flavour, Korede Bello, Mc Galaxy, skales, Toby grey, vector to mention a few.
 
He has crafted hits for artists internationally a variety of genres, including Dancehall kings like Sean Paul, Gyptian, Konshens, Machal Montano, Bunji Garlin, Maxi Priest and many more in works.

“More music less talk” is a phrase that best defines Sounds 4 Life. Over two decades ago, Marlon started playing music as a hobby, mentored by older relatives Jansen and Hess. As time went by, he played at functions for close friends and family. Marlon’s love and passion for music was evident, and soon he broke into New York’s limelight as a professional disc jockey.

Marlon embraced the name Sounds 4 Life because he believes that music is life. Sounds 4 Life is based out of Brooklyn, NY. He's known as the Silent Assassin because of his ability to transform any standing crowd into a frenzy. He skillfully and effortlessly mixes, breaks, cuts, slices, and reinvents every song while he's in his zone, creating a never-ending melody that force young and old to groove. A genuine master of the craft, Sounds 4 Life works carnivals and events throughout the year, such as Trinidad and Tobago's Carnival, Washington DC's Carnival, Toronto's Caribana, Brooklyn's Labor Day Parade, and Jamaica’s, Bermuda’s, and Miami's Carnivals to list a few.

In 2008, Sounds 4 Life also became a promoter. With the assistance of his mentors Hess and Jansen, Marlon started off with C’est la Vie, the ultimate breakfast boat cruise that’s held the Sunday after New York’s Labor Day festivities. In the spring of 2010 they hosted Pure, an all-white affair that signifies the true essence of their motto: Pure vibes, Pure energy, and Pure satisfaction. To end off a successful year of events, Sounds 4 Life executed Fade 2 Black, the all-black gala. C’est la Vie, Pure, and Fade 2 Black are now annual, highly anticipated events.
