Stro started the base of his career at Compton College where he studied under Harvey Estrada. From this stepping stone, Stro became known for his off-the-wall productions and catchy, life awareness – "being different" should be his motto because that’s what he is!!!

     Stro has worked with such artists and producers as Bamm, Very & OD (Fire Water), A1, Diety, Toussant, Trax Man and Dj Cre 1, just to name a few. Since the release of the "Voice Your’s" album in October 2004, this artist/rapper/producer (Stro "The New Jack"), has said to be on his way to changing the way the world responds to Hiphop/Music and the cultire in which currently has a uneven balance in more ways than one.

Currenly he as opened up for the likes of Tash "Acholics", The Commadores, Styles P "The LOX", Anglo Moore "FishBone", Ras Kas, Mississipi Southerneers and many more...

       His diverse outlook on the music industry is that it isn’t speaking the truth nor is it producing enough young MC’s on the West Coast. As a result of this, Stro has signed himself to his own label H20 Records.
