Die Zeilen fangen die Leere nach dem Verlust ein, ohne in Pathos zu verfallen. Stattdessen wirken sie wie leise Beobachtungen, klar und eindringlich. Zwischen Stromleitungen, Zigarettenrauch und stummen Dialogen mit der Erinnerung entsteht ein Song über das Weiteratmen, obwohl das Herz kurz davor ist, aufzugeben.

this song started on a rainy day in LA... it was all gray outside and i just started messing around until this "wuub wub wuub wub wubwubwubwubwub" thing appeared in my head... i didn't think much of it at first, but it turned into one of my favorite tracks i've ever made. writing the rest of it with Nevve was one of the most magical musical experiences i've ever had, she's brilliant. it's a different sound for me, but i'm super proud of it and i hope you all love it as much as i do <3 ENJOY!
