Even though it was our first time doing a back-to-back set, and New Year's Eve marked our reunion after being more than 9000 km apart for over a year, none of that mattered. The moment we started playing our first tracks together, it just clicked – like a match made in heaven. 

Take a stroll down memory lane with our New Year's Eve set recorded at Vleeshaak. While our initial game plan was to conclude with a more downtempo vibe, the pulse of the crowd had different ideas, steering us into a series of emotion-heavy tunes and elevated energies. 
It proves the crowd is always right, as the result was a 2-hour-long journey filled with intimate and explosive moments. This one will be forever in our hearts.

Ancut is the Italian DJ and producer based in Berlin behind the unique sound of the majority of records released in our niche over the past few years. Analogcut has been mastering releases with craft and wonder at the hands of Ancut. 

As a DJ, he has been building a stellar collection for 15 years. His sound is completed by his own productions he records with computer-free hardware sessions. His love for analog has built the road for his own imprint Discarded Gems, and he himself is a regular guest across Europe’s underground scene and Berlin’s Superluminal parties.
