Marcos Barrera is a pioneer and leader of the Chihuahua electronic music scene. As a DJ, he has developed his own unique approach over more than 20 years, always focusing on mixing select tracks with a house foundation and solid bass lines and sounds that always have something different that connects his ideas to the dancefloor atmosphere. He has shared the stage with major names in the global scene over time, in countries like Canada and the United States, and in the busiest cities in Mexico.

He founded DJ Studio in his native Chihuahua in 2002, the first music studio 100% focused on promoting DJ hardware and software knowledge.


Marcos Barrera es un pionero y referente de la escena electrónica de la ciudad de Chihuahua, como Dj ha logrado desarrollar una idea y una propuesta muy propia a través de mas de 20 años de trayectoria pensando siempre en mezclar selectos temas con un fundamento House y lineas solidas de bajo y sonidos que tengan siempre algo diferente que pueda conectar su idea con el ambiente del Dancefloor. Ha compartido escenario con grandes nombres de la escena mundial a través del tiempo en países como Canada y Estados Unidos y en las ciudades con mas movimiento de Mexico.

Es fundador de Dj Studio en su natal Chihuahua en el año 2002, el primer estudio de música 100% enfocado en promover conocimientos en Hardware y Software para Djs.
