A trippy mix of dark and slightly odd, but thumping tech-house and progressive. I found some cool vocal samples about an 'oscillogram' with a great retro feel. There's lots of editing, looping, and general fuckery going on all over the place. You have to indulge me these things now and again :)

This is a recreation of the famous tape recorded live from Renaissance, Venue 44, and given out exclusively to members on a subsequent night. It has been remastered and kept true to the original, with just a little reworking and that big chunky 'Tape' sound, without the quality loss :)

So I just sat down and hit record and played some lovely old renaissance favorites from around 25 years ago (don't pull me if they're not, it was unplanned and freestyling). As they're all my vinyl rips there's the odd wobble here and there! I guess that's the original beauty of vinyl...it isn't BPM perfect.
It's the first mix I've done live since changing to Pioneer Rekordbox and DDJ-RX controller. I hope you enjoy it x
