After his latest EP 'Around.Away' released late 2017, accounting for nearly 6 millions plays on platforms, the multi-instrumentalist Fhin returns with a remixes EP on Delicieuse Records, selecting a worthy and well equipped panel of comrades for remix duty.

This feature Premiere's the remix from Berlin duo Private Agenda (released on International Feel, label of José Padilla and initiator of the famous compilations Café del Mar) who taint the track “Irréversible” with a softer shade of Balaeric texture, yet still retaining it's melodic core and structure. A really lovely considered and chilled piece from Private Agenda - a nice and much needed respite from the dance-floor.

What Am I Tryin' To Do

For the past few years, I have been creating melodic trip-hop and breakbeats under the name Pauliq. In many of the tracks I've produced, it became necessary to collaborate with vocalists to add a vocal element. While many of them are truly talented, my inner creative self has increasingly desired to expand and take on the role of writing and performing the vocals myself. This desire gave birth to the this project.

Inspired by artists such as Faithless, Maya Jane Coles, Everything But The Girl (EBTG), and LTJ Bukem, I aim to share something at the intersection of breaks, jazz, trip-hop, and drum and bass once a month.

For me, music is a prayer where my soul is naked. Being authentic in my creativity is crucial, as it brings me joy and gives meaning to my life. I would be grateful if you join me on this journey.
