Occasionally I write philosophical rants with plenty of typos on mix comments, sorry about that - it's usually when I'm running.

Gabriel Le Mar is a music producer releasing electronic music with a special focus on deep sounds with a Dub mindset.

Dub is clearly a major source of inspiration that unites all his releases and finds expression in the form of hybrid dub-infected electronic dance and listening music.

Gabriel has been into Dub Electronica for decades with his project Saafi Brothers and many inspiring albums have reached like-minded listeners. Intense moments of collaboration can be found on the Saafi Brothers albums, creating atmospheres in their very own way.

Always in a search for fresh musical experiences, Gabriel Le Mar likes to integrate himself in different artistic constellations with PsyTechProject or Dublocation as well as with the artistic collaboration with Dr. Motte.

With Aural Float, Gabriel Le Mar composed atmospheric electronic sounds and also worked with the project on audiovisual concepts. The electronic SpaceNight series can be traced back to Aural Float: a TV format broadcast nightly on BR that captivated an entire generation of clubbers in front of their TV sets with space footage and ambient music.

From Glastonbury to Canada's Shambhala, from dirty Brixton back rooms to Spanish arenas, Ed has travelled the globe throwing down his unique brand of ruffneck bassline bravado for more than a decade. 

Ed's knack for the rudest of hooks is equalled only by his sublime studio skills. He cut his teeth in the mid '90s engineering at the notorious SOUR Records studios, going on to lay down a series of groundbreaking collaborations with jungle kingpin DJ Brockie. In 2007 Ed released ‘Random Acts of Kindness’ alongside Skool of Thought, featuring ‘When I Was A Yout’ and ‘We Play The Music’ among others. A 10th anniversary remix package drops in 2017.

Ed’s partnership with Jungle Cakes partner in crime Deekline has thrown up some of the most memorable tunes of the decade. The pair recently mixed the chart-topping 5th edition of their Welcome to the Jungle series.
