🌑 Hintergrundstory – „Biocrypt“

Tief unter der Erdoberfläche, fernab von Licht und Klang, existiert ein biomechanischer Hohlraum, der nur unter Forschern als Biocrypt bekannt ist.

Kein Ort des Todes – sondern des versteckten Lebens, das niemals für die Oberfläche bestimmt war.
In dieser Krypta wachsen Organismen, die weder Pflanze noch Tier sind.

Sie pulsieren im Takt eines unsichtbaren Rhythmus, als würden sie auf ein kosmisches Signal reagieren.
Ihre Zellen bilden Muster, die sich ständig verändern, als kodierten sie eine Nachricht, die niemand entziffern kann.
Die wenigen, die behaupten, Biocrypt gesehen zu haben, sprechen von:
leuchtenden, sporenartigen Adern, die wie Adern eines gigantischen, schlafenden Wesens wirken
feuchten, atmenden Wänden, die dumpfe Schläge von innen nach außen senden
einem niederfrequenten Summen, das im Kopf bleibt, auch wenn man längst entkommen ist
...
Man sagt, es sei nicht nur ein Ort, sondern eine Entität — ein lebendes Geheimnis unter der Erde.

Im Goa-Track wird dieser Ort hörbar in 4k 

Ein dunkler Puls, biologische Texturen, hypnotische Rhythmen – als würde man durch einen lebenden Tunnel gehen, der sich jedes Mal anders anfühlt.

Biocrypt ist das Verschlüsselte im Organischen.
Das Unsichtbare im Lebendigen.
Das Pulsieren der dunklen Natur.
Oder einfach nur Goa mit Tiergeräuschen :D

Beneath the forest floor, a whispering mist awakens - creeping along rivers, drifting over lakes, and settling into the darkened swamps as dusk dissolves into night. In this haunting Nordic dystopia, Nocturne takes shape, revealing RunaRift’s second 6-track EP.

Experimenting extensively with field-recorded textures from nature, weaving them into driving psychedelic and progressive structures, Nocturne explores new hypnotic and trancy territories.

The word Aram derives from Tupi-Guarani and has as its main meanings: Sun and the primordial Time of Nature. As the sun at dawn or dusk the project has its moments moving from full on to Twilight.
In a minimalist way Álvaro Paranhos has been building a very fluid and characteristic sound, exploring in his thematic moments of trance and action - as well as human life - always in transition.

Tiago Matos, aka Unexpected / DJ Slash. Productor musical y DJ, licenciado en Música Electrónica y Producción Musical en E.S.A.R.T, nacido en 1984 en las islas Azores y expresó temprano un especial interés en la música. A finales de los 90, después de algunas experiencias de banda en Metal, descubrió Psytrance.

En 2001, Slash comenzo un proyecto que se extiende desde Psytrance a Minimal. En 2004/2005, Slash destaca por sus actuaciones al ritmo de Tribal House, Progress y Deep. En 2006 comenzó la producción, en colaboración con Neurotronik en el proyecto Twisted Trolls. En 2007 fue invitado a representar a la Agencia de Música Swing. En 2008, fue invitado a Fractal Species Rec. En 2012 comenzó a representar a Woorpz Rec, en este mismo año comenzó Unexpected. En 2013, Slash fue invitado a trabajar en Suiza en una estación de esquí que tocaba en Courage Club hasta 2015. En el verano de 2015, Slash lanzó su primer álbum recopilatorio en Woorpz Rec llamado Rendez-Vous. En 2017, decide cambiar su música por algo más rápido, psicodélico y es invitado a representar a Reversible Records. Contando ya con algunos lanzamientos.

Tiago Matos aka Unexpected aka DJ Slash, music producer and DJ, degree in Electronic Music and Music Production in E.S.A.R.T, born in 1984 in Azores islands and early expressed a special interest in music. In the end of the 90's after some band experiences in Metal he discovered Psytrance.

In 2001, Slash started a project that spans from Psytrance to Minimal. In 2004/2005, Slash stands out for his performances to the rhythm of Tribal House, Progress and Deep. Production started in 2006, in collaboration with Neurotronik on the Twisted Trolls project. In 2007 he was invited to represent the Swing Music Agency. In 2008, he was invited to Fractal Species Rec. In 2012 he began representing Woorpz Rec, in this same year he started Unexpected. In 2013, Slash was invited to work in Switzerland at a ski resort that played at Courage Club until 2015. In the summer of 2015, Slash released his first compilation album on Woorpz Rec called Rendez-Vous. In 2017, he decides to change his music for something faster, psychedelic and is invited to represent Reversible Records. Already counting on some releases.

Fabio presents a whole new experience totally mind-blowing focused on the night psychedelic trance, which has been merging various styles, bringing together the most modern of Full on Night.

Binho proposes in his productions a more obscure hypnotic sound line, with sinister ambiences, high-powered basslines accompanied by warm and innovative timbres, designed to transport listeners to the other dimension through high frequency sound waves.

This week in our Patronus Records series we welcome Oyaji, a the live act by Vincent Laine. 
After discovering the universe and spirit of psytrance at a festival, he knew he wanted to be apart of this sonic journey he found himself entranced in. He started as a DJ and later began producing his own music, inspired by dancing to psytrance and its multifaceted grooves. His project ranges from 148 to 153 bpm and dives into the depths of complex dance music with chunky leads, cheeky arrangement and grooving basslines. In July 2020, he released his first EP called "Sonic Tales" on Patronus Records, mixing originality with powerful tones. Vincent has put together a power hour of his own production for us at  State Alchemy and it’s sure to kick your Saturday off into overdrive!
