In this ninth episode, we present @raffy-peyre

Raffy Peyré is a producer, audio engineer, and DJ based in Antigua, Guatemala. He is the co-founder of Mudita Records, one of the most consistent and thriving labels in Central America, and XAYÁ Recording Studio, a state-of-the-art recording facility.

His journey into music began in childhood, learning to play the violin and drums, later joining rock bands and immersing himself in music throughout his teenage years. Eventually, he pursued a career in music, moving to Monterrey, Mexico, in 2010 to study Audio Engineering, where he was heavily influenced by electronic music. 

Since 2018, Raffy has released over 50 tracks, EPs, and remixes under his solo project. His recent works have found a home on OGE Records, RAWAX, Chippy Chasers, Obaidli, Purism Vinyl, and other respected labels, reaching niche audiences around the globe.

Raffy’s sets and productions explore the space between minimal house and deep house, defined by warm synths, colorful harmonies, intricate rhythms, soft spatial ambiances, and analog percussion. 

Whether through DJ sets, live performances, or a fusion of both, his sound is a carefully curated blend of frequencies filled with emotion—his personal perspective on life translated through music.
