This time we welcome back Bock & Fuchs alongside Ben Haydie, who joins the Mirror family for the first time. Together they release the title track of this EP Rabbit Hole, which is extremely captivating and reaches unknown heights through Bens vocals. For the remix Third Person were behind the synths and gave the track their very own touch while preserving the original spirit. The EP is completed by Metropolis, a track that steadily pushes forward while remaining just as melodic. Overall a release not to be missed and one that will provide many ecstatic moments on the dancefloor.

A showcase of fresh talent from the global electronic scene, Anjunadeep’s Explorations series returns this August for its eleventh instalment. We welcome a stellar lineup; two Anjunadeep alumni in Hosini, Ocula, and five label debutants in Quivver, Simon Doty, Limara, Ariana Mur, and Luigi Sambuy.

Following his Beatport top ten EP ‘Syna’, Stockholm-based producer Hosini returns to the label after a two year hiatus with ‘Dimma’, a track built on an alluring chord progression and exotic percussion.

Next up, a stalwart of the British electronic scene. John Graham marks his first full solo release on the label as Quivver with his compelling single ‘Long Time’. Previously featured on Anjunadeep 05 under Jungle alias Skanna, Graham's nostalgic but technical sound design reflects his long standing tenure in the game.

Simon Doty signals great things to come with a flourishing array of arpeggios in ’Sama’. With releases on Einmusika and Last Night On Earth, and a stellar Anjunadeep Edition under his belt, we’re excited to welcome the Toronto-based producer for his first label showing. 

Since his label debut ‘Immunity’ featured on Anjunadeep 10, Ocula now makes a strong return with ‘Empirical’. Equal parts progressive and deep, ‘Empirical’ demonstrates why the UK producer has seen extensive support from Deadmau5, Lane 8, and BBC Radio 1’s Phil Taggart.

Next is Limara’s mesmerising ‘Angelica’. A UK based label debutant also known as Owen Westlake, Limara’s forward-thinking productions have seen him release on This Never Happened and support Lane 8 on his UK tour. 

Representing Russia, Arina Mur makes her debut with ‘Magic Wand’. A melodic track peppered with organic sound design, ‘Magic Wand’ signals a strong beginning for Mur, whose production finds inspiration from the nights promoting her renowned club night, Scerdlovskiy Deep.

An exciting new producer based out of San Francisco, Luigi Sambuy performs and produces with an array of analogue gear. His debut release, ‘Jakarta’ is a collage of understated plucks and warm outboard synths.

An obsessive producer and fervent performer, Clarian’s decade-long tenure in the underground electronic scene has seen the Canadian play Burning Man, ADE, Off Sonar, Chalet, and Kater Blau, and collaborate with the likes of Guy Gerber, Seth Troxler, Felix Da Housecat, and Tiga. This November, Clarian adds to his extensive catalogue with the mesmeric three-track ‘Fly Away EP’, his second EP on Anjunadeep. 

Opening title-track ‘Fly Away’ pays homage to the synth-pop influx of the late noughties with tinges of Cut Copy and Hot Chip, whilst ‘Pale Blue Palm Trees’ takes a heavier turn, favouring a driving 707 drum arrangement. Final cut ’Tropical Stars’ sees Clarian lean into his deep house sensibility with a hypnotic track anchored in detuned chords and an addictive shuffling lead.

Clarian - Tropical Stars

After making a massive debut with Rinzen last year on Yoshitoshi, Enamour is back with another collaborator, Nox Vahn, for a special two track EP, which includes a remix from German up-and-comers GNTN. Enamour and Nox Vahn deliver two enormous originals that would sound as fitting in Black Rock City as in Watergate. The title track is built around giant pad swells and complex, percussive grooves which take their time to envelop you in an astounding mixture of sound and space. “Dilemma” is a bit deeper, making use of a catchy, Phrygian-based melody that is equal parts exotic and exciting. It’s the perfect playa track and is sure to be all over BPM and Tulum this year. Finally, GNTN rounds things out with a swirling remix of “Sleep Paralysis,” turning the original into a more laid-back groover for building energy. We’re very excited to kick off 2020 with Enamour back on Yoshitoshi and with Nox Vahn and GNTN making their label debuts. Enjoy!
