In this episode, we have a conversation with Gary Morgan, current industry advisory board member for Griffith School of ICT, Adjunct Industry Fellow at Griffith University, Griffith University Alumni, and ICT industry professional with a focus in strategy for more than 25 years.
 
Gary tells us about his academic and industry background that got him to where he is now. We also discuss how he makes use of AI for his business and research practice and some of the current challenges that come with this. Gary also shares some career advice for upcoming ICT professionals, and some of the future directions students may take with their careers.

Meet Gary Morgan - ICT Business Strategy and Using AI for Industry and Research

Die erste Station von TreuhandTechno fand im thüringischen Apolda statt. Wir haben im Zuge unserer Arbeit 2020 rund um Treuhand und Techno (der in Apolda Anfang der 90er Tekkno hieß)gefragt, verworfen, geprobt, gewickelt, getanzt, gestampft; maschinen, menschen und apoldaer glocken gesehen, gehört, erlebt. Und viel gelernt! Wie: Dass Technotanzen in den 90ern Arbeit war – Arbeit gegen den Totentanz, den die Treuhand mit der ehemaligen DDR-Wirtschaft aufs Parkett legte.

Das Projekt entstand und entwickelt sich unter maßgeblicher Mitarbeit von Zeitzeug:innen aus der Apoldaer Textilindustrie und der 90er-Jahre Tekkno-Subkultur.
