Squishy and his groovey electromachines were born out of the ravetastic 90's! 
It all started in squishy's bedroom with his Yamaha toys. His first tracks threw into the mixing desk, influences from the late 80's acid/ambient house explosion and subconscious ones from the melody-rich 60's music exposed to him by his parents! It was in 1989, upon hearing the beautiful floaty electronic sounds of 808 State, Tomita and Jean Michel Jarre that he rushed out to purchased his first electronic keyboard (from Boots no less) in his quest to create his own brand of auralbliss!
In 1992 with EDM exploding bass woofers worldwide, squishmusic and his newly-purchased-ever-groovy-electro music gadgets wrote their first composition Atlas; now digitally revived here from the analogue graves. For the next four years he lived the days & nights twiddling his knobs, pushing buttons and being hypnotised by blinking LED's taming his electro-machines to create his music: electrorgasmichilloutechnosoup! 
Some of these tracks went on to receive favourable reviews in the European music press; in 1994 he had the 'Top Tape award' in soundonsound.com magazine and a few more. 
The music chilled somewhat during his Uni years. Since then and moving to Sweden in 2000, the music continues to subtly throb, schqueak, skweel, ebb, flow, radiate, and fuse his distinct squishy sound into new tracks; embracing newer digi-technologies and toys adds to the creative possibilities. 
He also records under the aliases: DJ Vinyl Fluff, Phil Happy, TeaBagTwice, The non-stop-cork-popping Champagne party people, and Drosophila pimp.
