Welcome (back) to this space! 30th podcast is here and it is hosted by Austrian newcomer Healian!

On the previous podcast we talked about Toulouse, an endless fabric of talented producers and this February we have to focus on another city where the Drum & Bass scene has been evolving quite a lot in the past couple of years.

Austria is one of those special countries in the DnB and, with Graz as the epicenter, has been grace us with a ton of exciting acts and Healian is the perfect example of this. Not even 2 years in the scene and this artist is set to lead the new generation of Drum & Bass.

Summer is finally here, and now is the time to start rolling out the heavy beats to fuel whatever fun-filled escapades you might have in store. Whether it’s sunning yourself on a beach or getting sweaty in the rave, you’re likely to hear these BEASTS from McLeod & Symptom.

We love the gentle lilt of “Just The Way” – some light keys and vocals rolling in waves and paving the way for an incredible drop that is sure to light a fire under any dancefloor. It’s relentless, yet empowering in the way it generates unexpected movement.

“Cherry Hill” is a little more direct in its application of pure vibes. Straight into a grimy little break before the bass takes over and comes at you like an uncaged predator whilst still retaining the dreamy, atmospheric edge.

Volatile Cycle - Drown (Ft. Wingz) [Premiere]

Music is my therapy ...It all started with being mesmerized listening to the hypnotic beat of Kraftwerk’s “Trans Euro Express” on a tiny cassette player at a very young age and it continues to this day at an age when I have to worry about “more important” things in life.

This page is an attempt in getting back to mixing some favorite tunes and documenting my ever changing moods and tastes. Any and all comments are welcome and much appreciated.
