02 September 2022 (Berlin/ Germany) - Today, Kriz LaFraize announced the launch of her second EP, DANCING WITH ME/ ТАНЦУЮТ СО МНОЙ.
In collaboration with the veteran DJ and electronic music producer Sinan Mercenk, the Kyrgyz DJ/producer Kriz LaFraize brings with her next EP a unique sound to feel bonded, united and simply good.

DANCING WITH ME/ ТАНЦУЮТ СО МНОЙ is an EP that reflects Kriz LaFraize’s cultural roots, personality and perpetual challenge to irritate the people’s mindset. With her second EP, she likes to provoke the listener to consider major concerns of the current generation. She encourages people to cross borders, connect contrasts and forget about the differences and opposites.

Dancing and music has always been a major field in her life and her culture, by which she is very strongly influenced. With the track ТАНЦУЮТ СО МНОЙ (Russian = they are dancing with me) from her EP DANCING WITH ME/ ТАНЦУЮТ СО МНОЙ she shares her inner satisfaction while dancing and feeling the sound frequencies, she is warmly welcoming everyone to dance to her music.

Kriz LaFraize said: “Starting as a ballet dancer, continuing with breakdancing, singing in choirs and bands, writing lyrics, producing sound - ever since, Dance & Music accompanied my life and made me who I am. I regard Dance & Music as a tool of social interaction, a language of communication, that we all can feel, hear and see. It brings human beings together for the better, for progress, for the future. Thanks to this natural impulse, human civilization had the chance to essentially survive and grow. No wonder the saying goes: “the best dancers are associated with a predisposition for being good social communicators”

Sinan Mercenk - This Is Soul

After the highly successful „From A To B  E.P.“, which has been widely embraced by many DJs, Sinan Mercenk now picks up the threads with the follow-up “Summer Madness E.P.”. Four House Tracks which could not be more diverse.
It takes off with the vocal house of „Walk With Me (Feat. Karl Frierson)" [De-Phazz], who performs in the best Luther Vandross tradition. Together with the gospel-like choirs, the result is a classic disco anthem.
“Change Your Way” is a Deep House Track with driving key-stabs, adding a flamenco flavored guitar that shows us the way to Latin America. Club vibes mix to yield a euphoric acoustic cocktail that challenges.
“Strings” is the most jazzed up, and at the same time darkest statement of this four-piece E.P. A stoic double-bass motif gets spiced up by drums and percussion. The piano chords provide the build-up with cineastic, dramatic art which would be an adornment to any car chase. Just when the strings set in, the film noir is perfectly orchestrated.
