The album that was born when the scene of extreme music in Bandung was influenced by the original Sundanese arts, in this album Humiliation collaborating traditional musical instruments, namely angklung, arumba, kecapi and suling into the material of this album. One of the highlights of this album, Humiliation covered the song "Bangkai Para Pendosa" from Bleeding Corpse. The idea to include this song came from Adam as the vocalist of Humiliation who idolizes the band Bleeding Corpse. Collaboration with Adi Gembel of Forgotten and Man Jasad also completes the debut material of this album under the label Extreme Souls Production (ESP).

If on the previous album Humiliation collaborated with ethnic music. This time, on the second album under the label Groupies Records, Humiliation collaborates with electro pop group named Bottle Smoker. There are also Bandung extreme musicians who collaborated on this album, names such as Lukas Tcukimay, and Anggi Revenge the Fate. Humiliation also performed the song “Anjing Tanah” by Burgerkill which is also included in the list of this second album. What is interesting about the album "Fatamorgana", is that the cover art made by Par Olofsson from Sweden and the distribution of physical releases is wide as far as Europe and America. Comatose Music and Sevared Record are the two distributors who distribute the "Fatamorgana" album in America.
