The road was a burning haze of smoke and mirrors as cars whizzed past beneath the glow of the flickering orange lights up above. The freeway was incredibly busy, packed with the lifeforce of the city and its vehicles. People watched on from bridges which overhung the passing street as cars roared their engines with furious intent. There was to be a race that evening, oil would pour as each racer cut up the road. We could simply watch from the sidelines with jealousy ablaze...

KNLB is set to release new music on Releisure, a digital EP which may well see the light of a vinyl feature in months to come. This is a delicate, thoughtful, provocative take on deep house with a restrained sense of maturity and patience. A beautiful track.

KNLB is a young and talented artist, who has already released two vinyl EPs on Vibraphone Records (Italian underground label based out of Rome). Today we are going to enjoy one of the tracks from his recent release on underground label "releisure" based out of Brooklyn, NY which brought several very high appreciated releases earlier this year, releasing music of Intergalactic Faerie Funk, Keita Sano and Baltra. 

Track we are going to review today is actually a remix done by Michael Baltra. After his long anticipated album "Ted" which he released in July 2019 he revealed several remixes that he did in last copule month and as always he is showing amazingly good music with his signature sounding proving that he is here to stay.

Lofi mysterious adventure into layers of punchy drum kicks, mellow synth harmonies, interstellar artifacts is creating nostalgic feeling which is soaking you more and more with every sound. Airy and dreamy atmoshphere of floating in the bliss with only one wish to dissolve with the sound wave, so close your eyes and let the music take you deep, very deep.

The air was cold as he drove onwards through the darkness of the winter night. His car headlights flickered and flashed, illuminating the road ahead with prominent disarray. He let out a sigh, his breath hit the window and he rubbed his hands furiously on the steering wheel to try and generate some warmth. The radio crackled and buzzed with an abrupt stutter as he dotted between signals and frequencies. In the distance he could see some small lights dancing and waving - he was hunting for Detroit. 

Saturated Color is set to release a new EP on Releisure, a fast paced electro inspired affair which is destined to ignite and inspire on the dancefloor. One to watch for sure.

All three tracks are solid and prominent, three different music journeys which will work in different environments, today we are highlighting same titled track form this release. “Shemotions (Griessmuehle Mix)” is a very special track, perfect blend of house vibes with future electro. Deep minimalistic soulful patterns are providing excellent rhythm to dance and dissolve, laid back, chill and definitely a heavy hitter for the late sessions. Music matters, enjoy!
