Emani, born May 6, 1992 as Christian Terry-Smith, is a rapper, producer, songwriter and composer from Pasadena, California. The step-son of a musician, Emani began his career at an early age by first learning the piano, then expanding to writing lyrics, producing and playing the talk box. 
Inspired by artists and producers such as 2Pac, Nas, DJ Quik, Kanye West, Q-Tip, J Dilla and Dr. Dre, Emani totes himself as a "music historian", blending various influences to create his own unique sound.

In recent years, Emani has had numerous accomplishments including the release of an instrumental project called 'The Demo 2K15', mentorship by the legendary DJ Battlecat, as well creating a partnership with Realsongs' chief engineer Mario Luccy, and working with many artists and producers, including Trademark Da Skydiver, Dae One, Skhye Hutch, and Cy Fyre. At the moment, Emani is finishing his second project, the 5AM EP, readying his first full length album, entitled 'Reprogram', and working with collaborators.

(Born April 17, 1995) better known by his rap name Young $paid, is a local hip hop recording artist reigning out Hartford, Ct. At  the tender age of 6, he took a liking to music compliments of some older vets such as Nas, 50 Cent and Gunz Dinero. Through karaoke machines, to Casio keyboards, young $paid began to venture onto his own path using instrumentals beats from industry artist. In the coming of age process, he has also done various talent shows at the CCSU with the likes of Future, Prime-X, and Bad newz. Young $paid’s been blessed to work some of Ct’s hottest artist ranging from:  G Dot, Oscar Black, Tyrell Roberts, R.I.P Bust, Vill Will,Bad newz and Snacks Giggaty, just to name a few, at the same time having had the opportunity to lace a track with “Trav” from Team Arliss, at the age of 10. After the release of N.Y.S freestyles (Newz & Young $paid) & Ace of $paid in the late 2000's, came the 2013 release “Strictly for my Doubters” album which was taken as his breakout project. Up until his 2016 (XXi -21)Spaid released plenty of side projects or mixtapes such as the Money Hungry series that goes from 1,2,3,4 & 5 (Hopefully there will be a 6th addition to the series lol). He also added another project to his belt in the summer of 2017 called "Reloaded" where he took the Lil Wayne "No Ceilings" approach & remixed various hit singles that dropped that year also. With his 2018 releases he still at it and creating more work, to get a glimpse into $paids world, the “Voice-Bender” visit, Spotify ITunes Google Play & YouTube (Young Spaid) and Sound Cloud to hear some legendary hip hop-versatility at its best.
