Mathis Mootz, the mastermind behind The Panacea, is a prolific electronic musician and DJ from Germany. Mootz has released 11 full-length LPs, 45 EPs and 12" Records on a variety of labels incl. PRSPCT Recordings, Sonic Groove, L/B Recordings, Intransigent Recordings, Freak Recordings, Kniteforce, Ant-Zen, Ambush, Yellow Stripe Recordings and most noticeably the legendary Position Chrome record label which he owns. Since 1996 Mootz has performed at countless events all over the world and continues to push the boundaries of his furious drum & bass into industrial techno and hardcore territory.

The founders of Somatik are Tsaritsa Logiki and Vova PCP - members of famous underground Russian electronic band «Perforated Cerebral Party».  It presents slow rave: hybrid of slowed electro/techno with deep dirty bass lines and industrial influences. This is a new Russian ghettopsychedelic futuristic music wave called "somatik techno". Brand’s music and philosophy reflects perception of the new generation raised in the concrete jungle: cyberpunks, post humanists, acid-fed internet freaks. Their fans tattoo symbol of faith on their bodies - "om wifi" - the ancient Om sign combined with Wi-Fi pictogram.
