Three tracks that move between uplifting summer beach house and melancholic, shimmering evening moods. Perfect for both the island holiday itself and the journey back home.

We are excited to welcome Nikita to our label with his first EP in two years. To top it off, the release is elevated by a remix from Washington, DC–based producer Dommie, who takes a completely different approach. His rework feels like Livity Sound had grown up on the coast of Ibiza instead of the UK.

Finally, Cologne’s Panta Rex closes the EP with a hypnotic dub house track, a never-ending loop that feels like Basic Channel, but at the beach instead of in a Berlin basement.

This is our fourth EP, we are back with various artists, mainly deep house focused. A bench of artist not signed yet on House Running , except Tell, who accepted to remix as well a new artist, Shedbug, from Australia. 
Saints by nite, a young Belgian artist from Ghent, invites us to discover his house universe with warm and sordide tones, TR-505 sounding, in that track called "Ballpark Figures". 
Shedbug, from Australia, who moved us with this track "Captain", very careful, relaxing and melodic production. 
Chinau, a french guy, who offer us "Pacific War", a powerfull track with a certain depth in synthesizers and powerfull 909 drums. 
And finally, from far East, the UFO this fourth EP, Djoiyan from Japan, surprised us with this track "Memories", which starts very minimalist and gradually reveals a classic housy piano chord, very stunning! Enjoy, share and download it!

Shedbug - Captain (Tell Remix)

In Dust We Trust are back with their second 12" of 2017. This time the two entities, Chaos In The CBD and Jon Sable, offer one side each. On side A, ‘False Awakening’ by Chaos In The CBD attacks your brain with open, spacious pads and synthesised melodies that float on top of a dark and hypnotic percussive groove — the kind that might make you miss your stop because you’ve found yourself staring into space. 

On the flip side you have ‘Scumbag Unity’ by Jon Sable, a loose dreamy track with dubbed-out pads and vocals that glide between a drum machine groove. This marks the second collaboration between Jon Sable and Kroba of Archie Pelago, who plays the woozy basement-style saxophone that keeps your consciousness hooked. Serious tip for those drawn to the deeper side of dance floor-ready records.

X-Kalay are ringing in their milestone 10th release with a various artist compilation, and what a release it is. Launching only last year, the London-based imprint has put out quite a few releases already from artists such as Rudolf C, Kask and No Moon amongst others. Their sound ranges from more melodic, lo-fi sounding productions to dubbed out and downright acid-y tracks. Their 10th release features producers from three continents. Mucho Sueno from Chile, two Australians in E.Davd and Escape Artist, and finally Zurich, Switzerland-based Douala who we're premiering today.

With a couple of releases on Gnork's label Blorp, Douala has been crafting a bit of a name for himself in the lo-fi scene. Generally his productions have a more melodic flare but in this case, the A1 track Mysteries of Life strays a bit from what we've come to expect from the producer. Taking a more minimalistic and dubby approach, the single has a hypnotic air about it with an upbeat rhythm but spaced out and reverberating cosmic synths, perfect for the late night hours. This instrospective tune is not one you want to miss out on and the rest of the release is a treat as well!

South London producer Jeigo is slowly making his voice heard. Having interned at Phonica, Rye Wax and now Worldwide FM, his wide palette and deep crates through the depths of music have led to the crafting of a sound taking a melting pot of numerous genres.

This is evident on new track ‘Everywhere I Go’, a classy number which emerges from the shadows with a remote sense of longing, an evocative collage of interweaving vocal chops are propelled along by a muted but agitated synth. With his new EP 'SHDW004' out now, there is plenty more where this came from.

‘Multiverse’ is a word used to describe an infinite group of disparate universes including the ones currently inhabited by humans. A myriad of realms that sit side by side, undetected by our senses, surround us at any given moment. The multiverse theory was first confirmed by tracking leakage of electromagnetic waves filtering from one dimension into the next. When these waves were transposed to fit into frequencies audible by the human ear, the recordings were studied by a team of scientists, who found that they contained rhythmic elements that resembled a speech pattern of an alien language.

After years of research and manipulation the audio was found to be a looping recording of an alien voice speaking the words: ‘IDWT005; coming soon to a universe near you.
