Bees-182 (stylized in all lowercase) is an American rock band formed in 1992. The group released their mega hit single, “All The Small Bees,” in 1999. At the time, the song was primarily composed by guitarist and vocalist Tom DeBees as an ode to his fascination of bees. Co-written by Mark Beeus, the song was created with the intention of shipping it to the radio. “We want to swarm the radio with this song,” said Beeus.

The song was selected by Rolling Stone in 2022 one of the best songs about bees, and included in the New York Times best-selling book “1 Song About Bees You Must Hear”.
