A veteran of the house scene in Mexico and now living in Berlin, recently signed and supported by Damian Lazarus, Robbie Akbal is a DJ, producer and label owner. Not only the founder of the widely respected label, Akbal Music, Robbie has also been signed to several highly respected labels like Crosstown Rebels, Get Physical, Culprit, Kindisch, Sol Selectas, Selador and No.19.
His music has been supported recently by: Anja Schneider, John Digweed, M.A.N.D.Y. + many more to name . He has worked in the studio with great producers such as Audiofly, Namito, Alejandro Mosso, Kiki,  Aidan Lavelle, Dance Spirit,  Shall Ocin and with amazing vocalists like Cari Golden, Shawni and Ay Sarita. He has been remixed by Luca Bacchetti, Armen Miran, Elfenberg, Floyd Lavine, Sascha Dive, Andre Homenn & more. Samandollar is a Sudanese visual and auditory artist interested in celebrating the sounds of African and Arab dance cultures. From Arab Pop to Coupe-decale and Afro House, her ambition as an artist is to leave no metaphorical stone of African music unturned on the decks. Interweaving percussion and melodies from the Sahel to the tropics and back, Samandal wants to remind us that art happens in the unruly play of our imaginations.
