Wald, formerly known as Nick Kassebaum, is a DJ / Producer based out of New York City. He is a party organizer as well as musician, and through the years has hosted and organized many successful dance music events on the east coast of the United States. Throughout his career he has released original music on New York based record labels such as Texture Records, So Tight Records and others, as well as had prominent gigs alongside well known artists. 

His primary genres can be considered organic house and techno, ambient and breakbeat, although he is largely an open format DJ and producer.

In his mix Wald leads us through a fantastic journey between numerous genres and convinces in his mix with countless moments that surprise every listener. over dreamy breaky moments that turn into dirty slow driving bass monsters which in turn end in funky house tunes.
