Nasce a Genova il 31 Luglio 1969.
Cantante e autore genovese da sempre attivo nella scena musicale.
Fin da giovane i suoi obiettivi, sono quelli di indirizzarsi nel campo musicale e artistico.
Luca Piccione attualmente è impegnato nell'uscita di un suo nuovo  singolo, arrangiato dagli autori Luca Angelosanti e Francesco Morettini.  
Con il regista, arrangiatore e autore Andrea Vialardi è Impegnato inoltre nelle riprese del Videoclip dello stesso brano che è interamente girato sulla passeggiata di Nervi a Genova.
Nell’Agosto scorso per la  Nuova Santelli Edizioni, ha realizzato un suo videoclip di un altro  brano  uscito “Lezioni di chimica”, firmato Alessandro Hellmann e  Michele Amadori, il videoclip è stato prodotto da Tm Produzioni di Enrico Clerici.
Luca è produttore, Cantante e autore insieme agli autori Luca Angelosanti e Francesco Morettini, per tutto il suo progetto discografico. 
E’ protagonista con il brano “Prima di andar via” (Colonna sonora) nel cortometraggio “Il fidanzato modello” girato a Genova e che e uscito nelle sale cinematografiche nel Febbraio scorso.
Gli attori protagonisti sono: Carmen Russo, Enzo Paolo Turchi e Angelo Sotgiu (Ricchi e Poveri).
E’ stato impegnato inoltre, con il suo brano “Solo per te”, che è stato colonna sonora del cortometraggio “I COLORI DELL’AMORE” uscito nelle sale cinematografiche nel Dicembre scorso e che ha visto come attrice protagonista Valeria Marini.
Il brano “Solo per te”, tratto dal suo progetto discografico, registrato presso gli studi di “Casamusica”, laboratorio musicale che si affaccia sulle splendide colline di Sangemini, in Umbria e stato arrangiato e diretto da Francesco Morettini e Luca Angelosanti, i quali hanno collaborato nella realizzazione del progetto in veste di arrangiatori e autori.
Francesco Morettini e Luca Angelosanti, oltre che essere stretti collaboratori di Ennio Morricone, e dopo aver collaborato con Luca Piccione, hanno prodotto, scritto e arrangiato dischi di artisti come Renato Zero, Mina, Morandi, Nina Zilli, Emma Marrone, Alessandra Amoroso, Viola Valentino, Cassandra, IL gruppo di Amici, Leda Battisti, Mietta, Valerio Scanu, Stefania Orlando, Carlotta, Davide De Marinis, Il Divo e tanti altri. 
Con loro nel 2008 collabora e diventa preparatore vocale, di Manuel Casella, Leda Battisti, Viola Valentino, Stefano Sani, Stefano Gullotta, Federica Lugaro, Alex Belli e Federico Fella, nel musical diretto dal regista Marco Bracco “La Surprise De l’Amour”. 
Oltre ad essere il preparatore vocale nel musical Luca Piccione, copre anche la veste di voce guida e corista, sia nell’intero spettacolo presentato nei teatri, che nel disco del musical stesso, con la collaborazione della voce femminile di “Carlotta”, cantante di grande spicco nella musica Italiana. Il disco del musical è stato registrato presso gli studi di “Casamusica”, poiché le colonne sonore, le canzoni e le musiche, sono state scritte e arrangiate da Luca Angelosanti e Francesco Morettini.
Luca Piccione, oltre che seguire la lavorazione del suo disco, tiene costantemente concerti.
Nel 1985 Luca Piccione comincia a studiare canto presso Dea Tipa, insegnante di Antonella Ruggiero ex voce del gruppo musicale “Matia Bazar”, per poi con gli anni perfezionare le sue tecniche canore dalla cantante lirica Laura Cappelluccio, insegnante di canto di moltissimi artisti noti e mamma di Giulia Ottonello, cantante genovese, vincitrice della trasmissione televisiva “Amici” condotta da Maria De Filippi. E’ leader, manager, voce e fondatore della nota band genovese “Rumore Akustico”, nata nel 1999. I Rumore Akustico in quegli anni, ottengono fin da subito un grande successo per lo stile musicale e la professionalità che hanno, trasmettendo nelle loro esibizioni e al loro pubblico grandi emozioni. Luca Piccione tra il 1999 e il 2008, organizza vere tournee’ con i Rumore Akustico arrivando a essere sponsorizzato da sedici aziende importanti genovesi. Con loro tiene concerti in piazze, teatri, locali, sagre, discoteche e feste dell’Unità dalla Liguria, del Piemonte, della Lombardia e della Toscana. In breve tempo i massimi esponenti dei mass media, lo contattano ripetutamente per interviste radiofoniche e televisive.
I più importanti giornalisti dei quotidiani liguri, come IL Secolo xix, Il Corriere Mercantile e La Stampa, lo seguono costantemente con attenzione e con grande affetto, facendo per ogni suo concerto, articoli e recensioni bellissime e interamente dedicate alla band dei Rumore Akustico e a Lui in prima persona, soprattutto per la sensibilità che ha sempre avuto e che ha sempre dimostrato, tenendo concerti devolvendo tutti gli interi ricavati a favore dell’Ospedale Gaslini di Genova, dei Frati carmelitani scalzi di Bagdad e di numerosi canili.
Hanno fatto parte della band dei Rumore Akustico, musicisti di grande importanza e tourneisti di artisti come Eros Ramazzotti, Paolo Conte, Mariangela Melato e tanti altri.
Nel frattempo collabora con altri musicisti per la realizzazione di nuovi brani inediti che lo vedono impegnato a partecipare a manifestazioni come Il Festival di “Castrocaro Terme”, dove ha tenuto uno stage dalla durata di tre giorni, presso il Teatro di Castrocaro Terme, durante il quale sono stati svolti corsi di orientamento tecnico professionale, tenuti da professionisti della musica leggera, dello spettacolo e dello “show-business” (artisti, compositori, autori, discografici, promoter e manager) come il maestro d’orchestra Elio Polizzi.
Ha partecipato inoltre al festival “Una voce per Sanremo” tre volte, il Festival di “San Marino” e il festival “Rock targato Italia”, classificandosi sempre alle finali. Fa parte del casting del Film “Gli Indesiderabili”, regia di Pasquale Scimeca, girato a Genova, comparendo in alcune scene parlate e recitate. Gli attori principali sono: Vincent Gallo, Vincent Schiavelli, Vincenzo Albanese, Antonio Catania, Beppe Lanzetta, Mario Rivera (bassista del gruppo musicale Agricantus), Violante Placido.
Di seguito, fa parte del casting del film “Agata e la tempesta” regia di Sergio Soldini, girato a Genova, comparendo in alcune scene.
Si esibisce presso gli studi Mediaset di Cologno Monzese di Milano, nella trasmissione televisiva “Laboratorio 5”, varietà di cultura generale e di nuovi talenti ideata da Maurizio Costanzo.
Partecipa al concorso radiofonico “Oltre l’Hit Paride”, organizzato e sponsorizzato da Radio Babboleo e Il Secolo XIX, in occasione del quale propone un suo brano inedito scritto e arrangiato in collaborazione con il noto chitarrista genovese Angelo Simonini e ottiene un grande successo.
Sempre con Angelo Simonini, in quegli anni, scrive e produce nuove canzoni inedite che saranno consegnate e proposte in tutte le più importanti case discografiche Italiane, ottenendo buoni riscontri, ma pochi successi.
Collabora con un gruppo musicale genovese chiamato “Stop”, dove si esibisce con un vasto repertorio musicale ogni fine settimana e per tutta la stagione invernale, presso il prestigioso Pianobar La Loggia, sito in località “Camogli” nella riviera ligure di levante.
Viene’ contattato dal titolare del noto Ristorante Pianobar “Strainer” di Portofino, dove si esibisce con il pianista per tutto il mese estivo di agosto. Tra gli anni 1995 e 1994 a Genova, viene invitato presso le Radio: Lanterna City”, Genovaest e Radio Babboleo, in programmi radiofonici in diretta, interamente dedicati ai suoi repertori. Nelle trasmissioni radiofoniche, sono trasmessi i suoi brani e reinterpretazioni di note canzoni italiane, intervallate da interviste e commenti di pubblico che chiamava in diretta radiofonica per porre domande in merito alla sua carriera artistica. Nel corso di una di queste trasmissioni, tra le numerose telefonate dei radioascoltatori, riceve pubblicamente i complimenti da Franca Rame, diventando in seguito un suo carissimo amico.
Viene contattato dalla “New Musical Box” scuola di musica di Genova, dove in occasione di un saggio musicale, è invitato ad accompagnare vocalmente gli allievi della suddetta scuola.
A Chiavari partecipa alla trasmissione televisiva, condotta da Giuseppe Fiorello, fratello di Rosario Fiorello, “Il karaoke”, ripresa e mandata in onda sulle reti Fininvest.

The Metáfora Band has already opened concerts of the Ira, Ultraje a Rigor, Nenhum de Nós, among others, then you may make an idea how is the work. Marcos Dani has begun some time ago a new cycle in his artistic life, seeking to refine ever more the sensibility in his lyrics, and also an own essence. Viene de una nueva y aún desconocida producción de compositores versátiles, con amplitud de estilos y harta creación musical, consolidando y redescubriendo la música brasilera y su público. “Paulistano”, nacido en la zona norte de São Paulo y hoy residiendo en la zona Oeste, empezó temprano su trayectoria musical. A los trece años de edad ya tenía sus propias composiciones y se presentaba en casas en la región con su guitarra. Ya pasó por diversas bandas de los estilos más variados, del rock al MPB, que es su verdadera raíz. Como guitarrista y contrabajista, hoy actúa también como productor realizando trabajos para Radio y TV, pues también es diplomado en efectos sonoros. La última banda por la cual pasó fue la Metáfora, que cuenta también con algunas músicas en sociedad con Marcos Moraes. La Banda Metáfora ha iniciado presentaciones del Ira, Ultraje a Rigor, Nenhum de Nós, entre otros, entonces creo que uno puede imaginar como está el trabajo. Marco Dani inició hace algún tiempo un nuevo ciclo en su vida artística, buscando apurar cada vez más la sensibilidad en sus letras, y también, propia esencia.
