My next guest is Echology, a music producer and DJ from Mielec, Poland. 
Echology is specialised in dub techno, ambient, deep techno and  genres of deep electronics. 

Besides self-publishing music, he has released tracks on labels such as Drift Deeper, Scale Limited, Crossfade Sounds, Apnea, hello strange, Techenie, insectorama. 

Having a background as a bass player, he tends to favour productions with deep and emphasised basslines and puts major focus on rhythm. 

Working daily as a musician and sound engineer, Echology tends to experiment with sonics, tonality and rhythm in ways that overcome boundaries. 

He adapted an old school method of composing, using a mixture of hardware synthesizers and drum machines, guitar pedals, mixing console and DAW. Thus, his performances are never the same and each jam is unique and spontaneous.

In his DJ sets Echology pursues the same goal - deep and groovy bassline intertwine with soft yet punchy kick drums. Not straying from slower and softer grooves, his main focus are danceable dubbed out tunes invoking dreamlike audio mirage. 

Being a big time fan of old school Jamaican roots dub reggae, you can often hear some roots vocals in his selections.

This set is no exception to all above, so brace yourself for a trip into hypnotic grooves and minimalist ethereal soundscapes!

Couronne de Merde is a french musician. His productions explores existentialism, desire and absence through industrial sounds or distorted rhythms. With several monikers and diverse collaborations he likes to share his taste and work with other fellow musicians. Since 2017, he had the chance to perform in Europe and Middle-east.

The ACCENTAPE series returns this winter to celebrate the label's tenth anniversary!!  To mark the occasion, a new split has been created, with one side for each artist, continuing the label's goal of sharing music without limits of style, genre or signature.

This time, Sub Accent, founder of the label, shares ACCENTAPE010 with his long-time friend Accou, an artist active in the Belgian experimental underground scene. His sound blends elements of ambient, sleep music, breakbeat, experimental, tribal, and neo-classical influences. The result is detailed and textured, with fluid synths and crafted rhythms that meet soft, layered melodies. Together, these four tracks bring a forward-looking and urban feel.

On side B, Sub Accent offers an EP shaped like the soundtrack of an imaginary science fiction film, with both bright and shadowy tones. It recalls early works from artists such as FUSE or Plastikman, exploring a futuristic and slightly dystopian world. Minimalist yet rhythmic, this part of the release moves through different atmospheres, from spacey and mental techno to energetic breakbeats, ambient passages, and metallic sound design.
